Enjoy this live stream improvisation with my special guest Tibetan Bon Geshe YongDong Losar. Geshela begins chanting around 10 mins in his tradition first mantra of Boddicita, then Mother Tantra Magyu. I also chant the Anishinabe Water Chant and play a variety of flutes. Because it's a live improvisation, Geshela's voice was low compared to mine and we were unable to change that. Enjoy!.

So we give thanks for this day of creation.

We just welcome each and every one of you into this virtual,

Around this,

As we gather around this virtual hearth.

Let me just take a moment to acknowledge that we may have no idea what each and every one of us,

Let me just take a moment to acknowledge that we may have no idea what each and every one of us may be experiencing in the privacy of our own lives.

And so we take a moment to acknowledge all the different experiences of this life,

Whether you're riding a wave of sorrow or angst or resentment or really enjoying a beautiful time of blessings and unfolding possibilities in your life.

And so we welcome each and every one of you and we gather and we call upon the support that each and every one of you draws upon in your own lives,

In your roles and your responsibilities.

We give thanks for our vibrant ancestors of blood and bone.

We give thanks for our ancestors who are continuing their healing journey.

And we give thanks for our future descendants who are also expressions of this.

We give thanks for our spiritual teachers and our spiritual ancestors from lineages and various lineages and influences that bring us support and strength in times of confusion or uncertainty and suffering.

And we ask that all of those energies that each and every one of you are related to in this space,

As we sit under an open sky in the same sun and being held a little more easier by our beautiful Mother Earth.

We ask that those energies come and work together this morning to create a harmony that is expressed through what each and every one of us senses and feels through the music,

Through our awareness,

Through our words,

And through our breath.

And we're so blessed today to have our special guest Geshe Yong Dong Losar who will be joining us.

He may or may not sing or chant along.

We're going to just make some music for a little bit and then we're going to go into the teaching portion of this session where Geshe-la will be introducing the Tibetan magic movements of a salong.

So we're going to just keep building on this flow for a little bit.

And Geshe-la,

Of course,

Anytime you're welcome to just join in.

You can speak a word.

I'm just kind of jamming and I'll create the bass.

Okay.

Good morning,

Everybody.

Good evening.

Good afternoon.

Good evening.
