Hello and welcome to today's practice.

Thank you for joining me,

Thalia Asanki Sol,

As I guide you on a beautiful exploration of self.

And as you take a moment just to get comfortable,

Wherever you are,

Giving yourself the gift of this present moment,

Taking a deep inhale in through the nose.

Releasing out through the mouth,

Gently closing your eyes,

Bringing your gaze inwards,

And allowing my voice and the words that I guide you through to let your mind go where it needs to go as we explore your core wounding and how we get to shift old beliefs into empowering beliefs that your mind,

Body,

And soul can carry forth into everything that you be and do in this world today.

You are safe in your body,

You are safe here,

Allowing your shoulders just to drop with each inhale and exhale,

Allowing yourself to get comfortable,

Relax.

Feel this inner safety as you just gently noticing the ebbs and flow of your natural breath,

Gently in through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

And I want you to explore a belief system,

Something that has maybe held you back,

Maybe it's something as,

I'm not good enough,

I'm not worthy,

I'm a mistake,

I'm not lovable.

Whatever statement or belief comes to you,

I want you to just focus on it for a second.

Notice how it feels as you hear yourself say that statement,

I'm not good enough,

I'm not how that makes you feel,

Noticing any sensations in your body as you hear those disempowering belief statements,

Those limitations,

With no judgment,

With full presence,

Just allowed to be.

We invite all of you into this space,

You are safe to feel.

And I want you now to go back to a memory or a thought,

Whatever pops into your mind,

When you first heard this,

Maybe you were a little child,

Maybe you were at school,

Maybe it was with friends,

Family members,

Whatever it was,

Allow yourself to go back to that moment.

And just gently breathing this in,

Releasing out through the mouth,

You are safe to feel,

And allow your mind just to go there.

Notice what you see,

Notice how you feel,

And as you fast forward from that moment into your life,

Notice how that limitation has held you back,

Maybe it's held you back from exploring relationships,

Friendships,

Work opportunities,

Hobbies.

Just notice the fear,

The disappointment maybe,

The sadness,

Maybe there's pieces of regret.

So just being with everything that you are experiencing right now,

You are safe to feel,

You are safe here.

And as you notice how this limitation,

This old belief,

Has taken over the emotions,

That has led you to thinking,

Limiting thoughts,

I can't do that,

Only good things happen to other people,

I'll never find true love or have good friends,

People always leave me,

I don't want to try or apply for a new job.

I'm okay here,

This is as good as it gets,

Whatever those thoughts are,

Just noticing how that makes you feel,

Noticing your heart space,

Notice if you've noticed a contraction in your body,

You are safe to feel,

Just connecting to those emotions,

Allowing it to pass.

And noticing that from these emotions,

From these thoughts,

These choices that you make,

Holding yourself back,

Limiting yourself,

And how that makes you feel on a daily basis,

I'm not good enough,

I'm not worthy,

I can never achieve that.

And notice how this slowly starts to become your natural state of operation,

And how this reaffirms this negative,

Limiting self-belief.

And just holding this for a moment,

Noticing your body,

Connecting to your heart space,

And allow yourself in this moment now to play,

And choose an opposing belief.

What's the opposite of that belief you chose?

An empowering statement,

A positive belief,

And it's okay if you don't quite believe it just yet.

Maybe using the phrase,

I am in the process of believing I am good enough.

I am in the process of believing I am lovable.

I am chosen.

I am worthy.

And just noticing how those words make you feel.

Notice if it sparks any sensations in your body.

Notice if it sparks any emotions coming up.

And it's okay if you can't feel it just yet.

Just allow yourself,

Gently breathing in and out through the mouth,

Just to be here,

And just to feel.

And imagine yourself where you fully believe this.

Give yourself permission to just use your imagination.

Noticing how you would feel if you fully believed that you are lovable,

Worthy,

Chosen,

Enough,

Just for being you.

How would you walk through life?

What emotions do these statements spark?

Maybe the sense of calm,

Ease,

Peace,

Joy,

Love.

Just allowing those emotions to wash over you from your head to your toes.

You are safe to feel.

Gently dropping your shoulders away from your ears.

Leaning into these emotions that lift you up.

And as you move through your life,

Feeling this,

What thoughts do you think on a daily basis?

That's exciting.

I would love to try that.

I can't wait to join that group and meet new friends.

Go on a date.

Explore new work opportunities.

Expand my wealth creation.

Get creative.

Get curious.

Try new things.

And give yourself permission just to play in this space.

Noticing these empowering thoughts.

And from this space,

What choices would you make?

How would you show up for yourself?

How would you nourish your body,

Your mind,

Your soul,

Your relationships,

Your workspaces,

Your free time,

Your well-being?

How would you give back to the world around you?

Show up in service for yourself and others.

And just notice how you carry yourself with confidence.

And notice the actions that will come from believing this.

Notice how your environment and your world around you slowly starts to shift.

Notice how abundant opportunities flow towards you.

And just allowing yourself to feel this.

Be here.

See this reality in your mind's eye.

Breathing this in through the nose.

Releasing out through the mouth.

You are safe to feel.

You are safe to be here.

Noticing how your body responds to these images in the mind.

These feelings.

These thoughts.

These emotions.

And what would the result of showing up for yourself in this way be?

Would this affirm the fact that you are enough?

I can do hard things.

I can try different things.

What do you see?

What will start to happen around you?

Maybe you're in a loving relationship.

You have good friends.

You're in a supportive work environment.

You started that side hustle.

You're creative.

You're open.

You're expansive.

You are fully loving life.

Not suppressing.

Feeling depressed.

Feeling anxious.

You are open to experience the fullness of your potential.

Breathing this in.

And releasing out through your mouth.

And I want you now just to think of a few instances that have already happened in your life.

That has proven to yourself that you are lovable.

That you are good enough.

What has happened in your life that proves the statement true?

You have a job.

You have friends and family around you maybe.

You have a home.

You have an education.

You have love in some form.

Everything that you have right here,

Right now.

If you choose to look at it from this lens.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

You are chosen.

And just breathing this all in.

Releasing out through the mouth.

Allowing this reality and this moment and this truth to wash over you.

Noticing how you can hold both of these realities.

And the power comes to what am I going to choose today?

What am I going to choose tomorrow?

That will eventually turn into months and years.

And my wish for you.

My prayer.

Is that what you've seen in your mind's eye.

The fullness of your potential and possibilities.

Will become your everyday reality.

And if you need more encouragement.

I encourage you to come back to this practice.

Do it everyday if you need to.

To reprogram the mind.

To believe what is really true.

You are worthy.

You are good enough.

You are chosen.

You are loved.

And you have infinite potential.

To be who I believe God created you to be.
