Welcome to another meditation guided by me,
Thalia.
I'm so honored and privileged that you are here with me today as we explore the depths and the realms of your authentic self.
Expressing yourself,
Moving through all the beautiful layers of who you are,
To show up,
To be of service,
To be of purpose,
And to just be you.
And with that all being said,
I want you to take a deep inhale in through your nose and release out through your mouth.
Find a comfortable seat,
Whether that's laying down,
Sitting up,
Wherever you may be.
Just feeling your feet placed firmly on the ground or being supported with where you're at.
Grounding yourself into this moment,
Feeling what's alive for you in your body as you begin to relax.
To breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
There you go.
And with each inhale,
You breathe more of who you are into your bones,
Into your cells,
Into your body.
Breathing this life force energy into your body and releasing out all fears,
All anxiousness.
And release that all out through your mouth.
And with each inhale,
You breathe in more of who you are and you release with each exhale all the things that you are holding you back.
There you go.
And finding this beautiful rhythm,
Receiving and giving.
And I want you to feel as you breathe in more life force into your body,
Feel what comes alive for you.
What parts come online?
Allow your mind to relax.
Let the thoughts just be there,
Not attaching to anything.
Just feeling the presence of this moment,
Breathing into yourself,
Allowing yourself to be here,
Allowing yourself to fully express what's alive in this moment.
As we go through life,
We hide behind identities,
Put ourselves in boxes,
Hide behind labels to keep us safe.
And in this moment right here,
Right now,
I want you to release all the identities,
All the labels and take yourself outside of the box that you put yourself in.
What does it feel to just be you?
Just feel what this feels like.
Just to step outside of these identities,
These labels,
These constructs,
These confinements.
And just feel what this freedom feels like and breathe this freedom into your body,
Into every cell.
And just feel in this moment what it feels like to fully express and use your voice.
Maybe with the next inhale,
The next exhale,
Bringing some sound,
Bringing the sound of your beautiful voice into the space.
Making that sound as audible as you feel comfortable with.
You get to plant the seeds of your authentic self within each conversation you have,
Each interaction you have,
With each person that comes your way.
Families,
Generally,
Are trigger points.
But that's so many beautiful souls,
So many beautiful opportunities for you to lean in,
To grow,
To share who you are in the way that feels most comfortable to you.
Not trying to change anyone,
But just trying to be more of who you are,
Bringing more of who you are online into every place that you go.
You are so safe to feel.
You are so safe to be you.
And I want you to add some movement into your body right now,
Maybe placing your hand on your heart,
Maybe just feeling this connection to yourself,
Moving your shoulders around,
Bringing movement into your body in a nourishing way,
Waking yourself up,
Moving yourself in a way that feels good to you.
Wake yourself up.
You are safe to be,
You are safe to feel seen,
You are safe to be heard,
And you are safe in your body.
There you go.
Releasing all judgments,
All fears,
All anxiety around,
Just showing up,
Just being you.
There you go.
And as you vision yourself feeling free,
Stepping out of this box,
Stepping out of the constraints,
The expectations,
The pressure,
Just notice what this feels like in your body and see yourself feeling free,
Feeling liberated,
Feeling more of you.
What does this look like?
What do you see in your mind's eye?
Look at the expression on your face,
Looking at the joy that's swirling with the inside of you,
Coming out through you.
There you go.
You are worthy of this.
This is who you are.
This is who you were always meant to be.
There you go.
And just anchoring this vision,
This feeling,
This felt sense,
The emotions that are coming up,
Anchoring this all into your body.
You are worthy of this feeling every day in every moment.
And as you bring your awareness back into your body,
Back into your space,
Back into the room that you are seated in,
Feeling this aliveness as you go about your day.
Hold on to this feeling and come back to this whenever you feel challenged,
Whenever you feel like you're holding back your truth,
Or the fears of being you comes up.
Tap into this vision,
Tap into this feeling and just show up just a little bit more of you every day.
There you go.
And now gently bring some movement into your toes and fingers,
Bringing your awareness back into the space.
When you're ready you can open your eyes and just feel and just see what you see and feel what it feels like to be awake,
To feel alive and to be you.
