Welcome to this I Ching reading for March 2025.
A quick note about the I Ching.
Translated into English it means the book of changes and it is one of the most widely read and published books.
It is filled with wisdom from the Tao,
From Confucianism.
These wise teachings guide us to engage with our own inner wisdom.
I Ching readings are very much a participatory experience.
So it is suggested that one be calm,
Comfortable and settled when listening to and receiving such a reading.
For then you will be able to tap into,
Hear and receive your intuitive response most clearly.
If you would like to know more about the I Ching and its history,
Please take a listen to one of the previous I Ching readings here on this platform.
So being a kinesiologist I use frequency testing and this then ascertains the most appropriate hexagram for a month in relation to the world population.
So before we move into the hexagram for this month,
I invite you to just take a minute to settle,
To find a comfortable position if you are not in one already.
Just start to empty the mind and settle the breath,
Relax the body,
Letting the breath slow down,
Letting your muscles relax just a little bit more.
You might want to close your eyes and if that's not possible just ground down so that you feel yourself connecting with the earth.
And if you can please repeat with me,
I trust that the information that I am about to receive is 100% for my highest good.
I trust that the information that I am about to receive is 100% for my highest good.
Just breathe into there and then gently let that go as we move into hexagram number 8.
And this hexagram from the I Ching carries a strong power.
When its frequency is harmonized with your talents it can really move mountains.
So let me start by asking you this,
What are you ready to show the world?
What are you ready to manifest?
This time is supporting you to manifest your dreams.
There are a few simple guidelines along the way so let's start by looking at the various parts of the hexagram.
Starting from the bottom up,
The first trigram consists of three yin or broken or open lines.
And this is symbolic of earth and the earth expression invites in kindness,
Devotion,
Loyalty.
The upper trigram consists of yin yang yin or an open line,
Closed line and another open line on top.
And this represents water.
And water is about depth of thought,
About going deep into something,
Concentrating.
Sometimes when we are so immersed in something we can become completely unaware of everything else and that can actually be dangerous.
So water also warns us of that type of danger and invites us therefore to remain aware.
Don't lose our awareness while we are in the depth of concentration.
So in between these two trigrams of yin yang yin and then yin yang yin,
We have two more trigrams in the middle.
So the second,
Third,
Fourth line and third,
Fourth,
Fifth line,
These are known as nuclear trigrams.
And the one nuclear trigram represents base trigram which is earth.
So we've got an echoing here which is just a very strong reminder for kindness,
Devotion and loyalty.
And then the next nuclear trigram consists of yin yang yang and this represents the mountain.
Beautiful large being of stillness,
Consistency.
And it does move and change but very slowly with carefulness.
This is a time to be careful.
Now if we take a step back and we look at this information from a distance,
Getting a landscape view,
The flow of the water from the top indicates that things are changing.
They need to change.
So let us not hold on or resist.
We need to be malleable like the earth.
And as you reinvent yourself or bring something new into your life,
Do so with grounding.
Be steadfast.
Be sure.
Be devoted to it.
Be loyal.
And be certain about your choices,
The people in your life,
Your direction,
Your commitments.
Understand what each of the choices mean and if there is something that needs to be addressed,
Now is the time to do so.
It will be greatly supported.
And if you need guidance on how to address something,
How to maybe even change or just to receive awareness,
You will gain certainty from stillness.
Be like the mountain.
If you don't yet have a spiritual practice,
This time hexagram number eight really asks us to cultivate one and to every day connect within,
Connect with the wise self within.
And through stillness,
The way will open up and we will know and be able to trust our direction.
If times do feel fast to pace this month,
Flow like water.
And when you need to be grounded like the mountain,
Then bring that into your day.
The time for action is now.
Whether your action is to change something,
Take something away,
Bring in something new,
And whether this is happening in your private life or your career,
Your health,
Anywhere in life,
Know that the foundation is still the same.
Focus on connecting with like-minded people.
Make wise choices and persevere.
This time is very much about regrouping,
Akin to the time after a great flood or a war.
You're still the same person,
Yet not.
The world is the same,
Yet not.
And our choice,
How we respond to this information,
How we respond to this time,
These changes,
We can choose to be a victim or we can make the active choice to embrace this and use this time to our advantage because there are many advantages to this hexagram number eight.
As mentioned at the beginning,
This time's frequency is harmonized with your talents and it really can move mountains.
So shine your brightest light ever.
This is the time to shift gears from dreaming dreams into manifesting them.
Create your path as you walk it and trust every footprint you make.
Some more wise words of encouragement from the I Ching is Let harmony be present in your authentic regrouping.
And regrouping could be regrouping with the same people,
But it's done in a new revised way with adjusted intentions and from the place of the heart.
Let harmony be your guiding light through all of this.
Find harmony even in those difficult,
Challenging times.
And be authentically harmonious with others.
And bring joy into the equation at all times.
Let's take a moment just to pause together.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Just letting that all settle.
Maybe you feel like you need to move your body a bit.
Before we go into two minutes of quiet.
You need to readjust your position,
Do so.
And just settling the body,
Settling the mind.
And we're not trying to join dots now or to understand anything from a mental perspective.
We want to just allow natural light responses to come through.
The best way to start this process is empty the mind.
Don't look for anything,
Don't try.
Be still like the mountain.
And if something comes through,
Flow with it like the water.
And allow the earth to move as it needs to.
I will let you know when the two minutes is complete.
Slowly bringing your awareness to your breath.
To the earth beneath you.
And just creating some space now between your thoughts,
Responses that came through.
I do invite you to take a listen to this reading again.
A little bit later into the month of March.
At different lunar cycles we receive different information.
Along with that,
Do return to the yearly forecast.
Because understanding the umbrella for the first half of the year.
As well as the whole year.
And then with perspective of this month.
It gives an even more detailed and heightened awareness to this particular reading.
Thank you for being here.
And I do wish for you a month of delight,
Of joy,
Of harmony.
And of taking those first steps to making your dreams come true.
