In this short exercise we are going to be using words of a very specific
frequency to nourish the bladder and bladder meridian.
The current of pathway
which runs down the body and through the bladder organ actually starts on the
inside of the eye socket area,
Both left and right sides,
And it travels up the
midline of the skull,
Down parallel to the spinal column,
Down the back of the
legs,
And ending on the sides of the feet.
So we can see why when we have bladder
issues we can feel it along those other areas.
We sometimes might get back ach,
The head might hurt,
We might have eye pain or blurry vision.
There are certain herbs and food types that support the bladder,
So we have
certain frequencies in our words that we use that are nourishing for certain
parts of the body,
In this instance the bladder and bladder meridian.
Everything
carries a certain frequency and it's about bringing in compatible frequencies
to nourish and align the areas that need aligning and that's what we're going to
be doing here today for our beautiful bladder meridian that is so important.
It's a very long powerful current in the body and it connects greatly to the
nervous system,
To kidney meridian and the kidney organ as well as other areas.
So please find a comfortable position,
You can be seated,
You can be lying down,
Preferably somewhere where the spine is straight,
And then just allow your body
to relax,
The muscles to relax,
Taking a few breaths in and out,
Which is an
instruction for the body to relax down and to settle.
Just take one more breath in and sigh out,
Whatever it is that you need to sigh out.
Preparation is very very important,
So take your time.
Just allow the body to sink even further into this time of relaxation.
Allowing the jaw to relax
and gently repeat to yourself,
The door to trusting life completely.

Just spend a few moments in integration.
Just being present and now exhale and let that go.
Drop the focus.
Just allow the mind,
The body,
To sink down a little bit further into itself.
Focusing on the exhalation
and gently focusing on the in-breath once again.
Feeling life in the whole body.
I encourage you to have a little bit of water.
Meridian work can create a lot of activity in the energy body,
So it's important to hydrate after every lesson.
