Welcome to this meditation for accessing your personal archetypes.
Archetypal understanding is so powerful and beneficial for one's own self-awareness or relationship development,
For knowing one's purpose and meaning and for also understanding others and for understanding universal laws because everything is archetypal.

This is where our archetypal information is stored,
Not only ours personally but the collective unconscious is stored in the subconscious as well.
And the more that we work with unlocking,
Activating this area,
The more information we will receive from it.
It's always there,
We just have to be awake to seeing it,
Hearing it,
Understanding it,
Knowing it and we do this by strengthening an intentional connection with our subconscious.
And on this note I invite you for this reason to repeat this meditation for yourself for a few days,
Three,
Four,
Five days in a row as this will allow your archetypal awareness to be awakened to a point that it will start flowing through automatically for you.
As opposed to doing a meditation like this as a once-off and returning a few weeks or months later,
You will get information coming through but it will be once-off.
So if you want this to become a part of your worldview and an integral part of how you understand yourself,
Understand others,
Understand life,
Then it will be highly beneficial to repeat,
Repeat,
Repeat for a few days so that your system can get used to this process.
What your subconscious information through archetypes looks like,
Feels like,
Sounds like,
Smells like and then after having repeated it for three,
Four,
Five days then you give it a rest for two to three weeks and you come back and you do the same.
And over a period of a few months you will notice this very gradual shift that impacts the way that you see things,
The way that you see life,
What triggers you,
What doesn't trigger you.
In other words the quality of life deepens and blossoms as we give ourselves permission to experience life more and more through a right brain intuitive symbolic experience.
And that's what we're going to do here in this meditation.
We are quietening the left side of the brain which is very important for analyzing and with the conscious brain you may very well be able to ascertain a few of your archetypes.
But in order to find out access or deepen your awareness of certain archetypes one will need to enter that awareness through the subconscious.
So on that note let's begin.
Put everything that's been on our mind to the side deepening the breath,
Slowing the breath down and exhaling out whatever it is that needs to be let go.
Feeling the body relaxing down as the muscles expand outwards.
Feeling the facial muscles relax and soften.
If there are any areas of tension or stress or maybe any thoughts,
Feelings that are still very strong for you right now spend a few moments focusing on them.
Give them your attention.
Acknowledge them with love and kindness,
Compassion.
Exhale.
Let that go and move your attention to your whole body.
Move your attention around the body noticing what it feels like just next to the left side the right,
In front,
Behind,
Above and below and let yourself settle.
And bring into your mind's eye now be that through a visual memory,
Be that through emotional feelings,
Perhaps sensations in the body or even literal information.
Whichever way your response comes through just allow that and without spending time wading through different options just allow that first response to drop down through into your conscious awareness and just allow just watch it,
Let it guide you.
Take yourself now to one of your early childhood memories,
Focusing on the exhalation and let's move now to a memory from your late teens or early adult time.
Just notice how it unfolds.
Exhaling that now,
Bringing the mind to a blank canvas,
Letting the body settle.
Now take your attention to a recent memory.
It can be an experience,
Maybe it's even some thoughts,
Ideas.
First thing that comes through,
Be with that,
Watch it,
Maybe it unfolds,
Let it have its own life as you are simply observing.
Exhaling that out now,
As you return your mind to a blank canvas,
Letting the body settle,
Letting the breath settle,
Just allowing complete relaxation.
Relax the facial muscles,
The body muscles and as we prepare to ask the subconscious now to bring forth our personal archetypes,
We do so in complete trust and knowing that this information can come through in any way.
There's no right,
There's no wrong,
There's no right label or right description.
You might be shown a very direct answer or not.
You might be presented with a story or a scene or some imagery.
Just allow your intuition to work with that,
To unravel that,
To understand what it means for you.
It's exhale,
Sinking down and if you can repeat after me,
I trust 100% the information I am receiving now from my higher self is 100% accurate and for my highest good.
Show me now the parts of me that are always with me,
Always have been,
Always will be and show me those aspects that I need to see right now.
Just allow that first information to drop into your awareness.
There's no need to control anything,
Simply allow.
And now very gently,
You can bring that to a close,
Knowing that this information is always with you.
Let's breathe in and breathe out.
Bringing our mind to a blank canvas again and just allowing the body to remain in a relaxed,
Integrative position.
Either being still or perhaps lying in the fetal position or perhaps a very slow walk.
Engage with this for the next few minutes as you allow this information to settle in your whole system,
In your conscious awareness,
Your physical system.
And then when you have concluded your integration,
It is recommended to jot down some references for yourself of what came through.
And then when you repeat this again,
You add to your references and then add some more and some more.
Allowing yourself to return over time,
Knowing and trusting that each time more and more insights will be revealed to you.
So be gentle with yourself in this time of integration,
