The biggest growth opportunity is there where you feel resistance,

And this might cause some friction in your system,

At least that is what happens when I talk to my guests,

Where I see and feel that they can truly develop themselves and grow by moving through their resistance.

Of course I'm not telling you to do insane,

Unsafe things,

Where you might feel resistance to do,

But that's coming from a different place,

That's just being cautious and taking good care of yourself.

In order to take good care of yourself,

You can also feel resistance to start bringing improvements,

More healthy habits into your life.

For example,

One of my guests had really uncomfortable feelings by walking barefoot.

She lived close to the beach,

She never goes to the beach without shoes,

She doesn't feel like swimming,

She doesn't like to go barefoot somewhere,

Not even in the grass.

And I felt,

While working with her,

That she would greatly benefit from connecting with the earth.

She always had cold feet,

She always was cold,

And it felt for me that there was a connection with the earth,

Which was the energy was not flowing there.

And I am just the one indicating that,

That that is what I observe,

What I feel.

And then she started telling me about not wanting to walk barefoot,

And I gave her the invitation to just start experiencing.

And that is uncomfortable,

If you feel like you don't want to do that.

And then it is always,

Of course,

Up to you to make the decision.

Do you want to try that or not?

Do you want to go out of your comfort zone?

And the stronger these comfort zones are,

It is also usually for a reason,

Because your system is somehow wanting to keep you in a place where you are already at.

But it prevents you from growing in ways that go beyond the mind.

This has nothing to do with a limiting belief that you might get dirty feet.

It is not about that.

It can be involved,

Yes,

But it is not about that in the basis how I see it.

It is opening,

It is giving you clues where you feel the most resistance in healthy,

Well,

Like you get what I mean,

Hopefully not in unsafe situations,

But it is not about walking on burnt stones or whatever,

Burnt wood or hot stones,

Sorry.

It is about walking in the grass,

Walking on the sand on the beach.

There,

For her,

Is her growth.

If she starts to explore that,

I know her energy will flow in a different way and with connecting with the earth,

It will release things in her body and that opens up new pathways,

Let's say it like that,

Through which other things in her life will change.

That is for me what I have experienced to be true.

I have experienced with my guests that it works like that.

Without my mind being able to grasp how it works,

It is my personal experience and I just want to support other people to experience the same if they want to walk this path from thinking to being.

It will make them grow.

If you have a lot of resistance in changing your eating habits,

If you eat a lot of processed foods,

I have one guest who does that and she experiences a lot of benefits now that she is here with me for a couple of days,

Eating more clean.

I don't use any processed foods in my kitchen anymore,

Of course that is also not something that happened from day one to the other,

But I know people will benefit from it because it is a detox of your system.

If you feel so much resistance that you are not willing to change or investigate even this in your life to change it,

Then you cannot expect that things will change if you are not willing to make different decisions.

And there are so many other examples to say.

For me,

What I usually,

I see these more like triggers where you feel this resistance,

Resistance,

No I am not going to do this,

Because you are in a comfortable zone.

It is the same with addictions right?

Do you use alcohol,

Nicotine,

Whatever to not feel,

To stop yourself from making the next move,

From growing?

It is keeping you small and these changes are uncomfortable,

Yes.

But the story attached to it,

That is the thing that makes it uncomfortable.

And you are powerful,

A powerful being who can move through this,

But you have to make choices from your higher,

Next version self.

And yes,

It is always uncomfortable,

It will always remain uncomfortable if you want to keep growing,

It remains courage,

But the stepping up will make you become a version of you that can hold higher frequencies.

And you can become in this way more aligned in your daily life with who you truly are,

With all your talents and potential and happiness and everything you can imagine.

It is you who has to make the choice.
