Wow! That was amazing.. the crescendo of rhythm and vocals was a nice surprise. It was effective at keeping my mind from wandering. It was very professional sounding, too. The only part I was confused about was I thought box breathing was 4-4-4-7 with a long hold at the bottom of the exhale. In any case, I like it like this and look forward to using it again. I especially appreciate no preamble; you went straight in.

There is something about this teacher's work that physically tickles my brain. I fall into the rhythms and the time passes quickly. I could have easily done this is a 10 minute meditation. The music is enchanting, to boot.
