Welcome to this gratitude recharge meditation.

Allow yourself to get into a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

Begin to shift your awareness to your breath and just notice how it feels as you breathe in and out naturally and comfortably.

Notice as the air flows in and out through your nose or mouth.

With each inhale letting in the clean energizing air and with each exhale letting go of any tension that you might be feeling in your body.

Letting go of any expectations in your mind.

Just letting the natural rhythm of your breath begin to comfort and soothe your brain and your body in this moment.

And now begin to shift into an awareness of appreciation and gratitude.

Perhaps bringing to mind someone or something that you feel grateful for in this moment or simply the appreciation of this time to rest and be still and to recharge.

See if you can notice in your body how it feels as you allow this sense of gratitude to flush through your mind and your body.

Perhaps noticing the sensation in the space around your heart and as you continue to breathe naturally and comfortably with this sense of awareness of gratitude and appreciation.

And from this calm,

Quiet place I invite you to focus your gratitude and appreciation towards yourself noticing how it feels to just simply appreciate who you are right now in this moment.

Appreciating the intention you bring to fully recharge.

Appreciating the gifts,

The strengths,

The talents that you have right now.

That who you are is enough and that your presence is a gift and a contribution to yourself and to those you serve.

So for the next few moments I invite you to just focus on the sensation of gratitude,

Staying fully aware of the calming nature of your breath as you breathe in and out.

Feeling the warmth and comfort of gratitude and allowing yourself to rest in the appreciation of who you are.

Appreciating what makes you unique,

Appreciating the challenges that you embrace in your life and appreciating your commitment to this practice of embracing gratitude.

And as it feels comfortable to do so,

You may want to place a hand over your heart.

Or perhaps on your abdomen.

As you gently repeat words of gratitude and appreciation for yourself and for this moment.

Breathing in,

I am.

Breathing out,

Grateful.

And just gently repeating to yourself any positive words of gratitude and appreciation that you find comforting in this moment.

Being aware of the sensations that you feel as you gently breathe in and out.

Which is now coming closer to you.

You You You And as we begin to bring the practice to a close I Invite you once again to bring your attention to your breath Allow yourself to soak in the experience of gratitude and appreciation fully and completely And making the commitment to bring the sense of gratitude Of gratitude To the moments that matter most to you throughout the day Always knowing that you can come back at any time and practice and Recharge your gratitude To carry it with you as you bring the best possible energy to the time that you have today Namaste

Relaxing and easy to get there. Even with my puppy doing a quick bark in the middle of the meditation, I finished, feeling very relaxed!
