This meditation is designed to be used for your daily practice. It contains intention setting, a brief body scan, breath focusing, choiceless awareness and brief compassion meditation at the end. This is the final recording offered in my four week mindfulness meditation course, and it weaves in three of the four weekly themes - focus, open monitoring, and compassion. It does not include instructions for working with difficult emotions, as they may not arise in every sit. It is a good idea to get comfortable working with them, however, so you can skillfully address them as needed. Use this every morning or night until you feel you are ready for less guidance, at which time you may wish to try my "Very Lightly Guided Meditation."
