Welcome to the practice of Yoganidra.
Every manifestation in our universe has come from and will return to a plane of information not perceived as part of our visible reality.
This is a dimension known as the Akashic Records,
Where what has been and the potential of what is to be exists as pure information.
Akasha is a recording of every soul across all lifetimes.
It holds your soul's history,
Where you've been before,
What you're facing now,
And how it relates to your purpose in this lifetime.
The Akashic Record is a resource for your soul.
This field of intelligence was once reserved for the mystics,
The yogis,
The priests,
And the wisdom keepers.
In recent times,
It has been made available for all,
And you hold within you your own unique potential to unfold and discover the mysteries of your soul.
I invite you now to lay your body down onto your back.
Give yourself permission to rest and take up space.
Be so attentive to the positioning of your comfort that all else falls away.
For some,
This will include a soft pillow under the knees,
Perhaps even a cozy blanket on top.
All propping or no propping is yours to choose.
What is essential is that your spine,
Neck,
And head form one delicate long line of energy,
So that your breath can flow with the greatest of ease.
And when all is aligned,
Consciously commit your body to stillness.
Allow the stillness of your body to move you deeper into relaxation.
See if you can let your bones go.
Allow them to submit to the direction of release.
Allow the lighter,
More buoyant particles of your body to rise and interface with the atmosphere above.
Through the conscious grounding of the bones and lifting of lighter particles,
Gradually create space in the center of your being.
Allow it to become more free,
More expansive,
More available to the vast mystery that is you.
The practice of Yoga Nidra begins now.
Witness your breath.
Let it soften.
Feel the power of softness,
And begin to attune more fully into its presence.
Feel into the aliveness or radiance of presence,
As if presence has a kind of viscosity,
Like an energetic hum.
Allow presence to reveal a more natural state of being.
Place your attention into the eye of your own heart,
And feel how the simple placement of your attention here gently expands the center of your heart,
Inviting your heart to soften and recall its origins of love.
Now float your attention to the space of your forehead.
Use the smoothness of your breath to spread the forehead wide and soft,
Expanding the seat of visualization.
Through the seat of visualization,
Settle deeper into the resonance of all that is.
Feel the sacredness of this space.
Listen for the innermost voice of wisdom that resides here.
In this space of deep listening,
Call forth your sankalpa,
Your positive I AM statement.
From the origins of your heart,
Repeat your sankalpa three times internally now.
Receive a deeper breath and settle back into your physical body.
I will now take you on a journey through your physical layer and a maya kosha.
Stay linked to my voice as we move in detailed exploration of the manifested form of your being.
Begin with the right side of your body.
Fill your right side with breath.
Bring your awareness into the right hand thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
And small finger.
Let prana move into the palm of your hand,
The back of your hand,
The wrist,
The right forearm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Shoulder,
Armpit,
The right side of the ribcage,
The thigh,
Kneecap,
And the back of your hand.
Chin,
Ankle,
Prana into the top of the right foot,
Sole of the foot,
Big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe,
The whole entire right side of your body in strong presence.
Float your awareness to the left side of your body.
Fill your left side with prana.
Left hand thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Small finger,
Palm of the left hand,
Back of the left hand,
Wrist,
Forearm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Shoulder,
Armpit,
Left side ribcage.
Thigh,
Kneecap,
Shin,
Ankle,
Top of the left foot,
Sole of the foot,
Big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
Feel the entire left side of your body.
Stay present and awake.
Come to settle at the soles of your feet.
Simultaneously feel both sides of your body together as you ascend from the soles of both feet into the heels,
Back of the ankles,
Both calves together,
Backs of the knees,
Hamstrings,
Buttocks,
Low back,
Mid back,
Right and left shoulder blades,
Back of the neck,
Back of the head,
Crown of the head.
Hold the entire back body in your attention.
Stay present and awake.
Come to the forehead,
Right eyebrow,
Left eyebrow,
Center of the eyebrows,
The right cheek,
Left cheek,
Nose,
Tip of the nose,
Both lips together,
The chin,
The throat,
Right and left sides of the chest,
The belly,
Pelvis,
Pelvic floor,
Entire right leg from the crease of the hip all the way down to the toes,
The whole left leg,
Hip to toes,
Whole right arm,
Whole left arm.
Feel the wholeness of your body,
Legs,
Arms,
Torso,
Face and head.
Feel your whole body.
Your whole body.
Your whole body.
From the care and attention placed on your physical awareness,
Fall back into the pillow of your breath and land in the comfort of pranamaya kosha.
Remain as the experiencer of sensation of your breathing.
Lay your attention into the witnessing of your body being breathed.
Notice how your attention draws to the breath.
Notice how there's a familiarness of the mind to want to alter the cadence of the breath,
To subtly control it.
Watch this for a moment.
Then with the tenderest of gestures,
Ask that the mind move into a space of allowing and permit the breath to flow through its own inert wisdom,
Its own inherent wisdom.
No techniques,
No manipulation.
Sweep freedom of the breath as it moves in and out of your body now.
Anchor back into my voice.
Begin to recede away from the breath awareness and bring to the forefront the kosha of mind and emotion.
Manamaya kosha.
Lightness.
Lightness.
Lightness.
Settle into the experience and sensation of lightness.
Where do you feel lightness radiate in your body?
Where do you feel lightness arise from and fall away to?
Recall an image of lightness into your mind screen and let it magnetize the sensation of lightness.
Heaviness.
Heaviness.
Heaviness.
Settle into the experience and sensation of heaviness.
Where do you feel heaviness in your body?
Recall an image of heaviness into your mind screen and let it magnetize the sensation of heaviness.
Heaviness.
Now see the mind's genius to experience heaviness and lightness both at the same time.
What does it feel like in the body to be both heavy and light at the same time?
Now release heavy and light.
And move into the sensation of disconnected.
Disconnected.
Remember a time when you felt disconnected.
You were separated and feeling alone.
You were not accepted for who you are.
Your ideas were not received.
Remember the feeling that was the result of being disconnected.
And experience that feeling as if it's happening right now.
Disconnected.
Connected.
Connected.
Connected.
Recall a time now when you were completely connected.
The feeling of oneness and unity.
Completely accepted for who you are and what you do.
Feel the emotion that coincides with being connected.
Now release the sensory dance of opposites.
Come to rest in the center between your eyebrows.
Move beyond the surface awareness of the third eye.
And feel now the energetic center of this space.
Go deeper still behind the energetic center.
And land into the space of consciousness.
This is the mind screen of your awareness.
As I call out images and sensations,
Notice if anything arises and falls away from this mind screen awareness.
Ancestors.
Light beings.
A star seed.
God.
God.
The sensation of acceptance.
The feeling of home.
Archangel Michael.
The space just above the crown of your head.
The space just above the crown of your head.
From the space just above the crown of your head,
Begin to experience the wisdom of higher consciousness.
The intrinsic unity of all things and all beings.
Continue to ascend upwards.
As though you're traveling through many layers.
Feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter.
Arrive at the energetic storehouse of the Akashic Records.
Here exists the sacred keeper and protector of the records.
Known as the Lord of the Akashic Records.
Take in the form of the Lord.
The colors and felt scents of their presence with you.
Allow yourself permission to speak to the Lord of the Records.
And internally repeat after me.
Lord of the Akashic Records.
Please open the records for,
State your full name.
And all names used in this lifetime.
And create a safe and sacred space for my highest good and healing.
The records are now open.

Take the time to settle into this space.
Attune to the frequency of Akasha.
The space where time and space dissolve.
And everything exists all at once.
See into the space where your souls and all other souls thoughts,
Deeds,
Interactions are recorded and kept.
Take it all in.
Your guides are also here.
As well as your teachers and loved ones too.
Watch as they lean in and come closer.
In their own special and unique way.
Allow them to acquaint themselves with you.
Take your time as you watch yourself befriending and acknowledging your soul's family.
Watch now as the Lord of the Akashic Records moves closer to you.
And stands like a mirror facing you.
He explains that he will guide you through an energetic scan of your body.
Taking you into chapters of your soul's journey that have not been known to you prior to the now.
A soft glow begins at the crown of your head.
Slowly scanning downwards.
Through the third eye.
The mind space.
And the face.
Begin to be immersed in the wisdom of the Akasha.
Watch what is revealed to you as this soft glow moves down towards your throat.
Your body contains the imprints of your soul's journey across all lifetimes,
Dimensions and realities.
Continue to scan downwards.
Notice the particular chapters of your soul.
Revealed from the Lord of the Records.
From inside your form.
Watch as critical moments in your soul's journey are shown to you.
Continue to ascend downwards with the energetic scan.
Or if you need to,
Pause the scan.
And request further information if it's needed.
Continue to be immersed in the wisdom of the Akasha.
As the energy scan continues to descend downwards.
Through the torso.
Through the area of the pelvis.
Trust that the information that is revealed to you supports your present moment reality.
Continue to scan downwards.

Pause in an area if you need to.
When the scan is complete.
All the way down to the far reaches of your toes.
With the deepest of respect.
Graciously give thanks to the keepers of the Akashic Records.

Healing,

Bring movement or aliveness back into the fingers,
The toes,
The hands and the feet.
Gradually take a stretch,
If it feels appropriate,
And eventually roll onto one side.
Feel free to softly open your eyes.
And take in more light than you do form.
