Starts with a short introduction to mindfulness and the importance of feeling all our feelings. Awareness is a superpower! Includes a gentle visualization using our magical imaginations, an invitation to think of one thing we’re grateful for and an opportunity to tell our minds how we’d like to feel when we wake up in the morning.
