This is an ancient Jewish mysticism breath practice called Chedvah Breathing. It helps you release stress and anxiety and create room for bliss and joy. Chedvah translates to "joy" in Hebrew, and this breath pattern is derived from this word, helping the practitioner to literally breathe joy into their being. Deep gratitude to Rabbi Ginsburg for originally introducing this practice.
