Hello dear friend,

I know you had many moments in your life when you felt I can't do it anymore or I can't push it anymore.

You felt empty with no strength to move forward.

But somehow you found your inner strength and courage to take action,

To stand up for yourself and to propel your energy forward.

It wasn't easy,

But you did it anyways.

This meditation will help you strengthen the resilience muscle so you can feel grounded,

Rooted and anchored in your body and your energy,

Releasing all the resistance as well as feeling flexible and moving with the flow.

So let's begin our practice.

Go ahead and find yourself the most comfortable posture so you can fully relax and let go of all your attachments.

How things should be,

How life should be and how you should be.

Found your body,

Feeling your feet touching the ground.

Notice all points of contact between your feet and the surface beneath your feet.

Press your feet even deeper into the ground and know that you are always supported.

Relax your shoulders,

Move them up and down a couple of times and then just let them relax.

Imagine there is a string attached to the top of your head and pulling your whole body upwards,

Straightening your back and your spine.

For more grounding,

Rest your hands in your lap,

Palms facing up.

Move your eyes up and down,

Left and right and then cover them up with your eyelids.

Take a deep breath in and a big breath out.

Notice how you feel on a scale of 1 to 10 without judging yourself,

Where 1 is not so good and 10 is excellent.

Become aware of your heart beating,

Your body breathing,

Your stomach digesting the food,

Your lungs expanding and contracting,

Your blood flowing through your veins.

Send this awareness to the rest of your body,

Feeling peaceful and calm in this moment.

With each and every breath,

Get closer and closer to your essence,

To who you really are at your core,

Your highest self,

That part of you that's always there with you and it's guiding you when you allow it.

See if you can sense into your energy and the energy field that's all around you.

Take three deep and slow breaths.

With every breath,

Feel your tummy rising and falling,

Your lungs expanding and relaxing.

Welcome every breath with open arms.

Each and every breath is a gift from your spirit.

Know that your spirit has granted you every breath so you can experience this lifetime,

Which sometimes can be hard,

Difficult and tough.

Therefore,

You begin asking yourself and wonder,

Why do I have so many challenges in my life?

Or why do I need to learn so many lessons?

This is the human experience and you are not alone in this.

Everyone is going through the same or similar experiences.

Resilience comes from learning from past experiences and believing in your capabilities.

Knowing that you have done it before and you can do it again.

As humans,

We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to live the perfect life with no struggle,

No suffering and no pain.

At the mind level,

Intellectually,

We feel that if we have to go through hardship and struggle,

It means that we failed somehow.

Our own image.

Resilience is the ability to recover from difficult experiences and setbacks.

Take a deep breath in and a big breath out.

Notice what comes up for you in this moment.

If you experience any resistance,

Scan your body and notice where in your body you experience the resistance.

Know that your soul wants you to have all these experiences for your spiritual evolution so you can elevate your consciousness and expand your awareness.

The more you practice,

The more you will feel reassured that no matter how hard the challenge,

You can push through and come out the other end.

Invite the breath to calm the mind and relax the body.

It's okay.

You can do it.

Resilience comes from knowing yourself at a deeper level,

At your core.

It's the ego that feels challenged by the resistance because you are an infinite being with infinite potential.

You are here in this body to learn,

Grow and evolve.

Resilience is part of the evolution process.

Relax your body and invite openness and spaciousness into every cell and fiber of your being.

Slow down your breathing and enter a new awareness.

One where you will feel invincible,

Strong and capable of navigating difficult situations.

Tap into that awareness.

You have it within you.

Give yourself permission to believe that.

Breathe in and relax.

Soften all muscles around your neck area.

Relax your shoulders even more.

There is nothing you need to prove or justify yourself for to anyone.

You embarked on this life experience for your own growth and development.

You can do it,

Little one.

It's hard,

But it's worth it.

Relax and let go of your worries,

Fears and doubts.

And trust that you can do it.

I believe in you and ultimately you believe in yourself.

To end this meditation,

Let's take three peaceful breaths together.

Breathing in peace.

Breathing out peace.

Breathing in peace and breathing out peace.

Breathing in peace and breathing out peace.
