Hi and welcome to this guided journaling,

Breath work and meditation practice for the month of April.

Our theme this time is around invitation,

Welcoming,

Receiving new beginnings,

Very aligned with the energy of spring and ushering into our life's newness.

So that's what we're going to focus on today.

The music in the background is this is new beginnings by MC Yogi in East Forest.

So when you're ready,

Go ahead and find a comfortable seat or lie down.

If you are seated,

Try to have your spine as straight as possible but stay comfortable of course.

And when you feel safe to do so,

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Take a big breath in through your nose and a cleansing breath out through your mouth.

We're going to use a yogic breathing technique that really helps get us into a state of meditating a little bit faster and it's very calming for the nervous system.

You're going to inhale through your nose and exhale with a so it's a double exhale.

Let's do a few rounds.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale.

See it all the way out.

Stay here for a moment.

Inhale,

Feel your belly expand.

Exhale.

Now keep that breathing pattern if you can and take one of your hands,

Start tapping between your eyebrows.

I'm going to read some affirmations as you tap with your eyebrows and then you'll move down to your temples.

With a cleansing breath,

I make space for my blessings.

With a cleansing breath,

I make space for my blessings.

Now bring your tapping to your cheekbones and your eyes.

Stay here.

With a clear mind,

I surrender to divine timing.

With a clear mind,

I surrender to divine timing.

Down to your chin.

I welcome the miracles that will find me today.

I welcome the miracles that will find me today.

Come down to your collarbones.

With a cleansing breath,

I make space for my blessings.

Under your armpits,

Keep tapping.

With a clear mind,

I surrender to divine timing.

To your sternum on your heart,

I welcome the miracles that will find me today.

I welcome the miracles that will find me today.

One more big inhale.

Expand your diaphragm.

Exhale.

Good.

Now you can start to flood your eyes open.

And if you'd like a pen and paper,

I have some journaling prompts for you.

If not,

You're welcome to just listen and visualize,

Think through these journaling prompts.

So with the theme of inviting,

Welcoming,

Receiving new beginnings,

I want you to think about how we have to believe that we deserve our desires.

That's the first step.

To experience the life we want,

We have to align ourselves with that energy.

So how can we commit to raising our vibration?

Do we need to observe our thoughts that discredit our potential and our worthiness?

Once you decide you are worthy,

Believe that you will receive and welcome change into your life,

Miracles will happen.

So maybe what you want to reflect on right now is what limiting beliefs are you ready to let go of?

And what does your truest self know that you desire?

And what do you desire?

Why do you deserve those desires?

Spend as much time here as you need.

And I encourage you to finish with some cleansing breaths as we started with your hands over your heart.

I hope you have a wonderful April and a wonderful spring.

And I'll be back with more soon.

Thank you.
