Good morning.

Welcome to today's five minute meditation.

Breathing in a comfortable position,

Taking a few deep breaths in this space.

Breathing in again.

Bring your hands to your heart space,

Either in prayer position or right on top of your heart.

Feel the warmth emanating from your chest.

Take a moment to check in with your inner world.

Check in with your heart.

How are you feeling this morning?

How is the emotional body of me today?

How is the mental body feeling?

Any answer is perfect and right for this moment.

Taking another beautiful deep breath in,

Filling the body and this time stretching your arms outward and upwards,

Maybe side to side,

Waking up the body and coming back into your center once again.

Breathing deeply.

Exhale,

Bringing your awareness once again to your heart.

And as you find yourself swimming in this space,

Being immersed by the heart,

Allow yourself to listen for three things you are grateful for this morning.

There's no need to come up with it.

Let yourself listen.

Listen to what your soul or your body or your heart is grateful for.

Allow them to come to you.

And when you have them,

Breathe in deep.

Hold your breath for a moment and exhale.

Allow your gaze to remain inward and telling yourself how much you love you,

How much you are grateful for you.

How excited you are to start the day,

How wonderfully wealthy your entire life is,

How abundant you are in joy and friendship and love and health and finance and your wellbeing.

Taking a deep breath in,

Feeling that love and that compassion towards the self and exhale nice and slow.

Bring your eyes to drift open,

Gazing at the space around you.

Bring your hands to your heart and bowing your head to yourself in gratitude.

Namaste.

Have a beautiful day.

Oh man! I just loved that meditation. Sitting still can be challenging for me so I loved the streetching mid way. Beautiful back ground music . One of my new favourites now. Thank you!
