Welcome to the emotion of fear.
Breathing in deeply and exhaling slowly out of the mouth.
Fear is our guide towards our healing work.
Where we experience fear,
Anxiety,
Is where we are being invited to do the work.
It's where we are being encouraged to lean in,
To lean towards,
To explore,
And to bring our attention,
Our conscious mind,
The front of the body,
Our face,
Towards it to face our fear.
For our conscious mind is located in our physiology,
In the world of the face,
Which is why we say we must face our fears,
We must bring conscious awareness to our fears.
Oftentimes our fears will cause us to run away,
To avoid,
To freeze,
To fawn,
To fight.
There are many responses to fear.
None of them are wrong.
They are all survival tactics that our consciousness uses to survive.
Because at one point in our soul's evolution,
In this lifetime or another,
It was all we knew we could do in order to survive something so treacherous,
Something so scary,
Something so fearful.
And so we respond by fear,
By fighting,
By freezing,
By running away,
Or by fawning.
Oftentimes this is done in a subconscious way,
In a way that we are so unaware of because it is so woven within our foundations,
Woven within our root or base chakra,
Located at the base of the spine,
At the bottom of the spine,
The coccyx,
Tailbone,
The foundation of all our energy centers,
The ruler of the bones,
The legs and the feet,
The foundations of our body,
The structures of our being.
When we experience fear,
We are being encouraged to understand what is this fear,
Where does it come from,
And welcome in the wisdom and the teachings that it holds for us.
Fear is not meant to be painful.
It is meant to be our guide.
What we fear most shines a light onto the direction that our soul is asking us to go.
It is the way that our soul communicates our direction.
Sometimes our fears are logical,
Practical.
Other times our fears are rooted in shame and guilt and grief,
All that has been unresolved,
All that has been pushed aside.
It is an opportunity now that your soul is asking of you to review your fears,
To explore your anxieties.
And how do we know this?
We know this because you are here now,
Listening to this recording.
We know this because you are here now,
Opening yourself up to walk this path.
We know this because you are here now,
Witnessing your own fears.
Something has guided you to heal.
And when we heal our fears,
We heal our ancestral line.
Because there were times where our ancestors lived in great fear,
And all they knew to do was to not feel it in order to survive,
So that you could be here,
So that you could be born and incarnate and heal this generational wounding.
So that you could show up to do the work that they were not able to,
Because their work was different.
Their healing was different.
Their awarenesses,
Their purpose,
Their destiny was different.
And your soul is here to do the healing work of shame.
And when you heal the shame that is woven into your fear,
You heal your fear.
And when you heal your fear,
You are able to shine.
You are able to live authentically and freely.
You heal your bones.
You heal your feet.
You heal your legs.
You heal your hips.
You heal your nails.
You release any bowel issues.
You are here because you were meant to be here.
And now it is time to heal your fear.
So closing down the eyes,
If they are not already,
And open yourself up.
To receiving a Tao blessing.
Visualizing golden light and placing your hands upon your hips or your tailbone,
Your knees or your feet,
Or simply placing your hands upon the earth.
Quieting down the mind and opening yourself up to receive.
Welcoming in this prayer.
Inhale and exhale.

Creator,
Great spirit,
Great mystery,
To all spiritual mothers,
Fathers,
Teachers,
Ascended masters and wise ones.
Gods,
