We will begin by taking three deep breaths of our lavender.
You can cup your hands and bring them to your nose as we breathe in the comfort of this soothing flower,
Or you can simply bring the flower to your nose.
Now bring the smell to your nose and take a deep breath in.
Hold it for a moment and exhale through your mouth.
Another deep breath in through your nose.
Hold for a moment and exhale through your mouth.
One more deep breath in of the lavender.
Hold for a moment and exhale through your mouth.
What types of sensations did you experience while you smelled the lavender?
This aromatic flower has a powerful way of promoting the feelings of trust.
Trust in self,
Trust in your path,
And trust in the moment.
Now with your eyes closed,
I want you to visualize yourself walking through the lavender fields.
The sky is bright blue with fluffy clouds floating easily through the air.
The sun is kissing your skin with each passing step,
And the vibrant purple flowers radiate their beauty as far as you can see.
Allow yourself to extend your arms to each side and imagine your hands running through the flowers,
Feeling the texture of each petal as your fingers pass through them.
You have permission to pick some of the flowers and gather them close.
Now we will bring the lavender back to our nose and we'll take three more deep breaths in as we allow this comforting aroma to fill your essence.
Deep breath in.
Hold for a moment and exhale through your mouth.
Another deep breath in of the lavender.
Hold for a moment and exhale through your mouth.
And one more deep breath in of the lavender.
Hold for a moment and exhale through your mouth.
With each breath you take,
Your mind becomes more calm.
You feel your busy mind slowly starting to release its thoughts as the fragrance fills your mind and lungs with peace and comfort.
The lavender has put your body at ease as you observe every muscle relaxing and slowing down.
As we continue to walk through the lavender field,
You find an open circle in the middle.
And you walk to take a seat.
You are now sitting in the center of this lavender field with the bright purple flowers circling all around you.
You are at peace and there is nowhere you have to be except exactly where you are.
We can just sit and be.
No tasks we must perform.
No responsibilities to take care of.
Simply being present with the flowers and the moment.
Lavender promotes calmness and wellness.
And you taking this time for yourself helps to stimulate those effects.
Whenever you find yourself becoming restless or anxious,
You can always turn to lavender to help calm your mind and ease your tension.
And you can always bring the scent with you anywhere you go for whenever you need it.
We will take three more deep breaths in of the lavender to usher in the profound effects of relaxation.
