Gentle breath in through your nose and as you release the air,

Doing so assures that we may have clarity in our mind as well as in the decisions we make.
Observe each note as they move through your throat,
Your pineal gland and your pituitary gland,
Allowing the sound waves to pulse through your brain from one ear to the other,
Enveloping your mind in frequency,
Clearing out the cobwebs.
Take another easy breath in.
As we breathe together in this session,
Each breath releasing dense energy from our mind and out of our body.
These sound waves are pulsing information into your mind,
Surfacing by the emotions you experience when you hear them.
If you feel any discomfort or anxiety,
Take a deep breath into the feelings and breathe out the emotion.
Listen to the sound waves,
Feel them moving through the sutures of your brain,
Increasing blood flow,
Increasing circulation and smoothing out the dense thoughts.

The tension in your skull easing its pressure,
Easing the pressure,
Each note pulsing clarity through your body.
Feel the vibrations softening your mind,
Softening your thoughts.
When stress is high,
Our mind operates with less efficiency,
Though when your mind is at peace,
Decisions and thoughts are easily accessible.
The delay of your reaction time decreases.
Observe as your brain begins to fire with clarity in this calm state.

When too many thoughts occupy our mind,
We can become overwhelmed and flustered,
Making it hard for us to see clearly or to express ourselves in the way we intended.

Observe as the density in your eyebrows and your forehead soften,
Allow them to relax to the sound.
