Welcome to this guided meditation for clairvoyance.

During this meditation you will be using your clairvoyant ability to see through your inner eye and become receptive to the messages from spirit.

Your psychic gift of clairvoyance and seeing beyond the physical realm will enhance your life in many ways.

You will not only awaken to the remembrance of your multidimensional and spiritual nature,

But you will also understand that there is so much more here in life that is energetic.

It is your birthright to activate,

Develop and claim your clairvoyant extrasensory perception.

Activating your clairvoyance will allow you to receive guidance and messages from spirit and your own higher self through visuals for your own benefit or to support others.

You will be able to see the truth beyond what may be presented to you through what someone may say or do.

Your own experience of clairvoyance may differ from another's,

So embrace your own unique experience as you consciously activate and work with your psychic vision.

To begin,

I invite you to sit down and close your eyes.

We are going to first get grounded and relax in our physical bodies before we start to access the more subtle inner realms.

Get comfortable and settled as you begin to relax your body,

Feeling the muscles in your forehead soften,

Unclenching your jaw,

Allowing your shoulders to drop,

Letting the breath relax your chest and stomach,

Feeling your lower body sink deeper into the seat beneath you,

Softening the leg muscles as you let go of any areas of tension.

Just simply sit in this relaxed state for a moment,

Allowing the natural rhythm of the breath to move through you,

Each breath bringing more relaxation to all areas of your body,

Feeling safe in your body,

Feeling grounded and present in your body as you experience it free from stress and tension.

As you reside in this stillness,

You will start to become more aware of the energetic world within and around you.

As you become less attached to the physical world,

Your awareness of your inner world and subtle senses are heightened.

Simply allow and notice any shifts that are beginning to occur as you sit and be in this stillness.

You may feel a spaciousness,

A sense of expansion or openness,

Feeling a lightness.

You are simply surrendering to the experience,

Not needing anything to happen,

But allowing what is here to be and be sensed by you,

Becoming receptive to the energetic and spiritual world that is always here.

As you have given yourself some time and space to allow your vibrational state to rise and become more heart centred,

You can rest assured that all spiritual communication is going to be of the highest good.

As you reside in this state of peace and presence,

I invite you to bring your awareness to your third eye chakra.

It is located in the space between your eyebrows.

You may feel pressure or a tingling sensation in this area as you bring your focus to it.

Do you see how you did not need to open your eyes to locate this area on your forehead?

Do you see how you had the ability to simply shift your awareness to this desired location through the power of your consciousness?

Just sit with that for a moment.

Step with the fact that you are sitting in a meditative state with your eyes closed,

But you could still know and see the area of your third eye chakra as your consciousness focused upon it.

Notice how effortless that was for you.

You simply did it.

There was no trying or forcing.

It was a pure intent to focus on the area between your eyebrows that allowed you to experience it.

You may have seen your forehead and eyebrows in your mind's eye as you desired to shift your attention to that area.

You may have felt a sensation first before a visual or scene was revealed to you.

You may have heard a sound coming from this area or felt intuitively guided to that area before you even knew where your third eye chakra was located.

Remember all your intuitive senses will be working together to guide and support you in your clairvoyant developments.

Everything is connected and wants to work in harmony.

So allow your other intuitive abilities to aid you in this process.

Now as you continue to reside in a state of stillness,

Relaxation and receptivity and keep your conscious awareness on your third eye,

Notice how it appears to you.

Just like a daydream,

An image may pop into your mind.

You may see what looks like a movie scene.

You may have a visual memory.

There is no wrong or right here,

Just your own intuition beginning to be noticed by you.

It may be fleeting and elusive.

Simply allow the rise and fall of images,

Symbols or scenes.

You may experience clairvoyance as seeing symbols or being shown a metaphor that helps explain an intuitive message.

The key with that is to trust the guidance,

The message beyond the symbol.

Or you may receive clear and direct colours or knowings.

Spend a few moments here just being with your third eye and allowing your clairvoyance to speak to you.

If you have a question you would like to ask,

Then you can do so now.

You can do this out loud or just in your mind.

If you don't have a specific question,

You can ask spirit or your higher self to bring through a message or guidance that you need to know right now and for it to come through your clairvoyant ability and then let the question go.

Do not become attached to how it should come through or what you may expect to receive.

Just remain open,

Relaxed,

Receptive and curious.

The key is to let go of control and resistance and be anchored in surrender,

Receptivity and trust in what you receive.

I will guide you back from the inner planes shortly.

If you feel ready to bring this meditative clairvoyant practice to a close,

You can gently bring your awareness back to my voice.

You may want to give thanks to spirit and your own higher self for being with you during this time and for the clairvoyant messages you received.

Begin to focus on your breath as it moves through your body,

Feeling your physical world come alive as it integrates with your inner world,

Feeling into your physical body,

Feeling into the seat beneath you,

Beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes and take five deep conscious breaths and when you feel ready,

You can open your eyes and thank yourself for taking time for yourself to develop your clairvoyance.

Whatever you experienced today was just what you needed.

It has given you the opportunity to consciously practice tuning in to the non-physical and receiving communication in a more intuitive and multidimensional way.

The more you practice and learn how to translate the guidance and accept and trust your powerful ability and spiritual nature,

The more joy,

Ease and flow you will have with this process.

I invite you to weave your clairvoyance into your daily life as you become more present and conscious in each moment to the signs and messages that arise in your consciousness.
