A short talk about dropping into being and embodied presence. Allow your essence to emerge and be felt and known by you by dropping into stillness and the present moment. Allow your being and presence to benefit all areas of your life.

Drop into Being.

You can do all the mindset work in the world but still feel disconnected from who you truly are.

Still be in suffering.

The key is to drop into embodied presence.

Know and feel the peace and love that you are.

The minds can think of peace and love etc as concepts and feelings but really it goes beyond that.

It's what you are.

The divine qualities that you have and are will arise within you when you just be.

It is a natural emergence of your essence without forcing it.

The easiest way to get into a state of being and experience that which you truly are beyond the thoughts,

Emotions etc is to become still and in the present moment where you aren't doing activities or tasks.

Bring your focus to the present moment by having an anchor either focusing on your breath or on your surroundings or feeling into your body.

Your mind may wander and have thoughts arise and that's okay.

When you become aware of them you can consciously choose not to engage or feed those thoughts.

Instead just witness and observe that there are things arising and choose to come back to the anchor point that you have chosen to focus upon.

You will get to a point where you are no longer consciously focusing on anything but instead you are in a space of being,

Of isness,

Of being grounded while experiencing a contentment with what is without needing anything to change or be different.

You experience an inner peace and perhaps other divine qualities of your soul.

When you get the hang of being then you can bring more being and presence when you are doing.

For example going for a walk and truly enjoying it rather than thinking about things you need to do or hanging out with friends you can really be present with what they are sharing with you instead of looking at your phone or being in the mind.

The more you tap into and embrace the source energy part of you the less of a hold the egoic mind will have on you.

You will not feel controlled or defined by it.

You can witness it and honour it knowing that this part of you has helped you have a sense of self in this world.

You not only become present but you also experience your own presence,

That of your souls essence flowing through you so you can then experience more joy,

Peace and love.
