Welcome to this emotional healing guided meditation.

Allowing what is.

Allowing what is.

We can so often want to push away what is if it feels uncomfortable or hurts that is valid in a normal reaction to have.

But what if we met this moment,

This emotion,

This sensation with presence,

With compassion,

With love.

Let's explore this together.

Close your eyes and let's begin this meditation.

Let's just sit now.

Whatever may be arising for you in this moment,

Let it be.

Let's sit here and create some stillness,

Some space.

Relax the breath and the body.

Soften into this moment.

Perhaps there are thoughts present which are causing some mental disturbance.

Perhaps there are heavy emotions that are rising up.

Perhaps there are areas of tension or numbness in the body.

Let's just allow what is.

You may like to utilize the breath.

Breathing deeply and consciously through the feelings,

Through the thoughts.

Not pushing anything away.

Not suppressing or denying anything that you are experiencing.

But allowing the breath to support you in being able to be present with them and allowing them to be as they are.

Without judgment.

Without trying to change them.

Simply creating a space for them to transform naturally through your ability to hold space for them.

Allowing what is.

Surrendering to it all.

Relaxing the body and letting go.

I'll give you about 10 minutes here in stillness with the music to be here and allow what is.

Let it dissipate through your allowance.

You don't have to like or love what you are experiencing but your acknowledgement and presence with it can be enough for it to loosen its grip and dissolve.

So give it space to naturally shift now.

Allow what is.

Perhaps you are now feeling less charged and overwhelmed by the emotions,

Thoughts,

Sensations that were present.

Maybe you feel more at ease and in less resistance to it.

Our thoughts can cause emotional pain.

Our thoughts about something or about ourselves,

Whether they are true or not,

Can send us into an emotionally intense state sometimes.

Whatever thoughts were present trigger these emotions and are most likely not at the forefront of your mind any longer.

You may have seen how untrue and unloving they were,

So you may not even remember what they were and knew innately that there was no point being fixated upon them.

Or perhaps your intuition has let you know the root cause of where these thoughts arose from.

When you allow what is to flow naturally,

You are in the process of healing.

And when you can bring in love to the places and spaces within that need it,

It creates an even more powerful transformation and healing experience.

So if you feel that you are ready to allow love in as you sit in presence in these last few minutes,

Then do so now.

You see,

Love is already here,

Waiting for you to allow it in and accept it.

Open and receive love.

You may like to tune into your heart space and feel it softening and opening,

Being receptive to the love that is ready to pour in now.

Allow what is.

Allow love.

Allow whatever emotional states that are present to be and let love meet it with unconditional love.

Love does not need to change or fix anything.

Anything will alchemise into a higher state naturally in the face of love.

Surrender and allow.

Relax and be for these last few moments.

Accept this love that is here for you and for any emotions,

Feelings and thoughts that are present.

Now,

If you are ready to bring this meditation to a close,

I invite you to take five conscious deep breaths.

Breathing into this new space,

This new energy within your body,

Residing in a new state of being and consciousness.

Feel your body resting against the surface it is on and when you feel ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

Thank yourself for allowing what is.

Thank yourself for letting go of control and allowing any thoughts,

Emotions or physical sensations to flow naturally so you can come into a place of being,

Presence and acceptance.

Go forward in your day knowing that you do not have to let heavy emotions control you or take over your happiness and wellbeing.

Everything will pass and everything will flow if we let it.

If you ever feel reactive or overwhelmed by what is arising,

You can come back to this practice of allowing what is at any time.
