Welcome to this meditation.
In this practice we will bring our conscious awareness to the breath and the body.
From this we can then tune in deeper into our subtle senses so we can notice what else is present here beyond physicality.
So I invite you to get comfortable and close your eyes.
And just be.
Not trying to control the breath or do anything in this moment.
Simply allowing the natural rhythm of the breath to be.
And rest here in this present moment with what is.
Just being.
Living effortlessly.
There is nothing you need to do.
Nothing you need to control or feel.
You can just sit and be here now.
Allowing life to be as it is.
The intelligence of life that permeates your body knows what to do to keep you functioning.
The bodily processes are simply occurring without your need to control it or know how everything works.
You can relax and trust that the body always wants health and harmony to be present.
Sense the breath as it rises and falls within the body with ease.
In this moment you may also perceive subtle energies moving within and around the physical body.
As you are a witness to the body you become aware that you are not the body or the breath.
But how can you be something that you are observing?
What is aware?
What is it that is perceiving beyond physicality?
Who is it that is aware?
I will give you some time now to be in stillness,
In presence and allow this period of self inquiry to activate or awaken a truth for you.
Do not get caught up in the mind but instead simply allow any revelations to come to your awareness and be in direct experience of any realizations that wish to be revealed to you now.
Be receptive to your innate spiritual knowing.
Taking the last few moments here as we come to the end of this practice,
Consciously drawing your awareness back into the body,
Into your energy.
You may feel the presence,
Peace and love and that of your divine nature emanate from your being as you become grounded in human form.
Then take a few deep slow breaths here.
You may like to wiggle your fingers and toes and when you are ready you can slowly open your eyes and gently gaze around the room you are in,
Taking in the world through your physical senses and perhaps being filled with a remembrance of who and what you truly are.
Much love.
