Calm is a superpower meditation.

Close your eyes and let this moment go just for a second.

Your intention here is to slow down in order to speed up.

Calm is a superpower.

Take a deep breath,

Breathe all the way in.

Feel your lungs and fill your belly with air,

With breath.

Hold your lungs open as you hold the breath at the top and then slowly let the air out.

Sometimes all it takes is a beat in time.

A third space between one and two for you to take stock,

Get centered,

Become present and then respond.

So just allow yourself in this moment to be one percent more present than you were in the last moment and now in this moment one percent more present than the last.

Notice any sensations in your body.

Do a little quick body scan.

Notice the sounds around you.

Wherever you are right now it's perfect.

You don't have to be on a meditation cushion to be in a meditative state.

Remember calm is a superpower and superheroes are superheroes wherever they go.

So just allow yourself in this moment wherever you are to just relax a little.

Open your chest a little,

Relax your shoulders,

Move them around if you need to.

Just breathe a little deeper.

Just for a second sink a little deeper into your chair,

Into the floor,

Into your feet,

Into your body.

We have to slow down in order to speed up.

While the rest of the world tells us we have to go fast and push and go hard,

You know inside of you that your being calm serves everybody for the long term.

You know how to access calm.

So take a big deep breath,

A nourishing deep breath in all the way.

When your lungs are full just hold your breath for a moment and then allow yourself a long exhalation longer than you took to breathe out.

So I'm gonna count we're gonna breathe in for four and we're gonna breathe out for six.

Take a deep breath in one two three four and hold that breath at the top of your lungs and now breathe out for six.

One two three four five six.

Your breathing in your presence allows you to slow down.

When you slow down you get clear.

When you get clear you go straight for the yes.

You go straight to the point.

You see the finish line and you take the first step.

Continue to breathe.

If you need to pause this track and do a few more breaths breathing in for four and out for six.

Taking deep breaths in holding the breath at the top and gently breathing out extending the length of your exhale.

As you continue to breathe now feel your nervous system gently arriving in this moment.

Take yourself to a place that makes you instantly feel like you can be all of you completely relaxed and in the moment.

Think of a time when you felt completely calm sometime in the past.

Float down into your body.

Look through your own eyes in that moment.

See what you could see.

Hear the sounds around you and feel the feelings of what it feels like to be to be clear to be rested and to be the most powerful you can be.

Feel the sensations in your body in this moment of what it feels like to be this calm and as you breathe allow the imagery of the place that you're imagining to gently morph into today into you into where you are while holding the feelings inside of you that energetic frequency of calm and stillness notice that you can tap into it and it's just as strong.

If you need to in this moment turn the calm up turn the noise down go deeper into your center to find that place of stillness when nothing can break you nothing can disturb you it's like going under water.

Take that space this is where your power lies.

Continue to breathe continue to cultivate that state of calm in your body through the breath that present energetic movement utilized in your breath and just for a moment imagine stepping outside of your body so that you can see yourself in the picture of you now feeling the feelings of calm and just for a moment visualize or imagine yourself moving throughout your day or the next segment of time taking this calm energy this powerful clear grounded energy and using it as your superpower as you go from one moment to the next to the next with breath with intention with groundedness with calm and with power watch yourself move throughout the day and now just zoom out a little further so you can see a little bit more of the world around you as you move through your day and notice what effect you showing up from a calm space has on the people around you notice the difference that it makes for them notice your ability to lead people to find their own space of calm power and effectively move throughout their days simply by you embracing your breath being fully present and trusting that when you are calm you are at your most powerful look at the ripple effect it has on the people you come across and then the people that they come across from their own calm state and then the people that they come across and then the people that they come across and watch the ripple effect it has outwards infinitely notice the sensations in your body of understanding the ripple effect you have in each and every moment in particular when you are calm and powerful continue to breathe as you bring your energy back into your body and you step back into your body in this moment staying connected to your breath connected to the moment becoming aware of your breath once again becoming aware of your fingertips your toes your feet your hands your soft eyes your open heart your surroundings notice as you open your eyes and welcome in the stimulation of the visual world around you you can remain connected to that state of calm what's the first thing that you feel called to do from this state of calm you now you get to walk through this next segment of time in a moving alive calm meditation connect to your purpose connect to the why connect to your breath stay in your body stay in the moment
