Get comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Slow down your breathing.

In this meditation,

We're going to connect with ourselves and restore that inner relationship that we have with ourselves that might have been lost.

And in doing so,

We will harness what it feels like to be at your ideal weight and what it feels like to be confident,

Truly confident in your body.

It's important to realize that no matter what weight you are,

If you don't have a good relationship with yourself and with your body,

You will never be happy with your weight.

Being confident in your body does not come from the number on the scale and it's great to have a goal of what you want to look and feel like.

If the way you feel about yourself doesn't match,

It doesn't matter what the number on the scale is because you still won't be satisfied.

So we're going to connect with this love for ourselves and strengthen the relationship we have to our inner self,

The self we sometimes forget about.

So tune into your heart space and breathe in oxygen into this space,

Moving any stagnant energy here.

Visualizing a bright ball of light hovering just above your heart.

This light is pure and warm,

Invited into your heart space as you breathe in.

Inhale this light into your heart,

Filling it with warmth and love opening up,

Spreading through your whole body as you feel grateful for everything your body has done for you,

Got you through your whole life.

No matter how you felt about it,

It's always been there for you.

Feel so much love for yourself.

And as you do that,

Notice the light expanding past your body,

Five feet away,

And then filling the room with this bright light influencing the energy around you.

And see this warm light as a representation of the love that you have for your body.

So with your eyes closed,

Bring your awareness back to the room,

What you smell,

What you feel,

How it feels,

And transport yourself to a staircase going up with a door at the bottom of the staircase.

Start to slowly make your way up,

Noticing the colors of the stairs changing with every step.

Feeling more relaxed with every step you take.

Step 10,

Letting go.

Step 8,

Relaxing deeper,

Relax fully.

Looking at the door,

Know that behind this door is a version of you.

And this version of you is the best possible version of you.

This version of you is full of love for themselves,

Is confident,

Radiates this magnetic energy that people just seem to be attracted to and they don't know why.

And this version of you also happens to be at your ideal weight,

With your ideal body,

With your ideal energy levels.

And this version of you feels good.

This version of you takes up space.

So start to open the door slowly and just notice for a moment what you see,

Visualizing this version of you,

This ideal version of you right in front of you.

Connect with them and ask them if there's anything they need to tell you,

If there's anything you need to know from them that might help you find this connection,

Find this love for yourself,

Find this confidence and just listen.

Know that this version of you lives within you at all times,

Just sometimes they get a little stagnant,

Sometimes it's buried deep down and it's not always accessible.

But that's what this is for right now.

We are bringing this version of you to the forefront so that you can live throughout your days,

Throughout your life as this version.

Start walking towards this version of you,

Closer and closer until you get so close that eventually you start to merge this current version of you with this ideal version of you.

Fully merge these two versions and feel that connection to yourself,

Feel that love for yourself and feel what it's like to be confident in your body and to radiate that magnetic energy.

Once you merge these two versions,

Take a seat and close your eyes as this new version of you and visualize going through your day as this version.

It's really important to know that you will slip up because we all do and it's okay to do that,

To fall into old habits,

Old ways of being.

But I want you to feel what it feels like and really visualize and feel that visualization,

What it feels like to slip up,

What that might look like for you in your unique situation.

And as you visualize this and as you feel this,

Feel yourself,

Feel your mind stepping in and stopping it,

Changing the habit,

Changing the story and getting back into those healthy habits.

What are you going to do if you slip up?

Shaming yourself,

Feeling bad for yourself is not going to help anything.

But what will help is being conscious of it and doing something about it and stopping,

Changing the pattern,

Changing the story.

So what are you going to do if you slip up?

What is that going to feel like?

Maybe you're visualizing yourself getting a craving and you're on your way to fulfill that craving of potato chips or chocolate or whatever it is that you know is no good for you.

What are you going to do in that situation?

What would that best version of you do in order to achieve whatever goal you want?

Whatever your thing is,

Whatever your example is,

Visualize it and feel yourself stopping that pattern,

That habit and completely changing the habit.

And once you do this enough,

It will just become automatic and the weight loss will be long term.

It'll be sustainable.

It'll be healthy because you have a solid foundation now.

Now make your way back to your body as this new embodied version of yourself,

This version of you with healthy habits,

Strong mind and so much love for yourself.

Come back into your body and start to wiggle your fingertips,

Bringing your awareness back to the room,

Opening your eyes,

Looking at the room you're in,

Feeling that shift,

Seeing your reality as a whole new reality from this point.

And one more time feeling that love for yourself,

Whatever that feels like for you,

There's no wrong way to do it,

But really feel it.

Getting ready to go throughout the rest of your day,

Week,

Your month as this new embodied version of you.
