Hi everyone it's Harry the Soul Coach and welcome to my meditation experiences.

It's time to go on a solar coaster.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Go.

Closing your eyes.

Bring yourself to this moment.

Bring yourself to this moment.

Today's meditation is called leave it for the soul.

Leave it for the soul.

So we're going to bring awareness to energy.

Energy inside the body.

So the eyes are closed.

Take your attention inside your body.

And today we are leaving it for the soul.

So anything that does not serve you today,

The soul has your back.

The soul has your back every single day.

We just have to take the time to create some space and acknowledge our soul.

Some time out for yourself.

Your self is your soul.

Human self.

So attention now is inside the body.

Now I'd like your focus on your heart center.

Notice that feeling.

Calmness within the body.

Can you feel it?

That is calmness for your day.

Anything that has happened today,

You can now let that go.

Be in here now in this moment.

You have already let that go.

We're going to bring awareness to the body because we're going to feel that unwanted energy flow out of the body.

And all it requires is your attention.

Where your attention goes,

Energy flows.

So imagine your attention is now focused at the base of your spine.

Imagine your eyes are focused towards the base of your spine.

And we're going to connect the base of your spine to your breath.

Breathing in through your nose,

Out through your nose.

From the base of your spine,

All the way up to the crown of your head.

In one breath.

In just one breath.

In through your nose.

Out through your nose.

And your breath is the spirit.

Your spirit.

A free spirit moving freely through your body.

So where your attention goes,

Energy flows.

Bring awareness to that exhalation,

That outer breath.

As you breathe out through your nose,

Follow with your awareness where that energy flows.

And imagine it drifting away from the body.

And as you're continuing that breath,

Bring some awareness to your shoulders.

And feel your shoulders sink.

Feel them relax as you let that breath out.

So I'm going to ask you now to bring your attention back to the heart center.

Sadness is the soul.

And sometimes we need a soul flush just to let out that sadness.

We hold on to sadness.

We try to understand what this sadness is.

And attached to sadness,

We have all these other labels.

Pain,

Regret,

Grief,

Anger,

Frustration,

Blame.

If we just stay in the heart center and just know this is sadness.

And your body has your back every single day.

It carries your spirit every step of the way.

Along your journey.

So I'm going to ask you to be in silence now.

And just know your body is working wonders for you.

Sadness is the soul.

In through your nose.

Out through your nose.

Now notice that feeling.

This is where we leave it for the soul,

Your spirit.

Your soul is the truth.

Your truth is your feelings.

Your feelings is your soul.

We go through life making choices in every moment.

And sometimes we make a choice and we say that was my gut feeling.

It felt right.

Your gut feeling is your soul.

You feel it in your gut.

You feel.

Remember your feelings are the truth.

Anything you feel is your soul.

When it feels right.

It is right.

And that's when we stand on our truth.

We stand in silence.

We can sit in silence.

We can lay down in silence and just pay more attention.

A confirmation.

A knowing.

Focus on that feeling.

Bring your mind inside the body.

Mind with that feeling.

Your soul loves you.

Because your soul is love.

And you are love.

Love as a feeling.

Feel it.

Love as a feeling from your soul.

In through your nose.

Out through your nose.

Bring awareness to that stillness.

And always remember.

This too shall pass.

It's like a release.

And in that release you relax.

You feel relieved.

This too shall pass.

Leave it for your soul.

Is to be here now with your soul.

And all it takes is a few minutes each day.

To create some time.

To allow your energy to be felt by you.

Throughout your body.

Connected with your breath.

And your higher spirit.

So bring awareness to how are you feeling now.

And I'm going to ask for three more breaths.

I'm going to increase the length of each breath slightly longer.

On the inhalation and the exhalation.

Three in a row and you will be free.

So that first breath.

Just one breath.

And two more times feel it.

You are free.

In your own time.

Take your time.

Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.

And just be.

Sending you lots of love.

Lots of gratitude.

And a super soulful thank you.
