Hi everyone it's Harry the Soul Coach and welcome to my meditation experiences.

It's time to go on a solar coaster.

Welcome,

Welcome everyone.

Back again for another meditation and today's experience is called Feeling Good.

Good Feeling.

So we're going to simplify this session down.

Again we're going to bring awareness to the feelings,

Become the observer of any thoughts that come up.

There's going to be a few questions that we ask ourselves within the meditation and I'm going to encourage people just to notice what pops up.

It might be a word,

It might be an image,

It might be a person,

It might be a place.

Just notice what comes up and you'll see those thoughts they come and they go.

Meditation is great because we get to observe them float past us.

We get time to process and get a choice of what we hold on to and what we can let go of.

Meditation is the inner work,

That is your connection to yourself,

To God,

To Source.

It allows you to go into a state of healing.

It allows you to quiet the mind and there's so many other benefits that come from a regular practice that will open up for you in your day-to-day.

So my number one bit of advice for anyone,

Everyone should be doing meditation and there's so many different forms,

So many different lengths.

My encouragement also is to go into these meditation sessions with your own intention.

What do you want to get out of the session?

You might have had something to come up for you in the day.

Take one question into the meditation.

Ask and you'll see that you will receive clarity and answer a decision.

Close in your eyes.

Bring yourself to this moment.

Bring yourself to this moment.

Anything that's happened today,

Let that go.

Future thoughts,

Future plans,

Let all that go.

This meditation is for you.

A gift from your soul.

A gift experienced inside your body with images created by your mind.

Body,

Mind,

Soul.

So we're going to start with one big breath.

And before we take that breath,

Bring your attention to the base of your spine.

And imagine you have to pay close attention,

Laser focus.

Tuning in to the area of the base on your spine.

And as we go through life,

Our mind is always busy.

It's stimulated all of the time.

There's a lot going on in this world.

There is a lot going on in our life.

So base of your spine,

As you pull that breath in through your nose,

Bring your awareness and allow it to rise up the body.

At this point,

You'll feel that the body is calm.

The body is still.

So the core of your body is your heart center.

So from the base of your spine through your heart center,

That's the body.

As you feel that energy and that breath connect,

Rise it up through the mind.

Body,

Mind.

And then you're going to take your attention even higher outside the body.

And that will be your soul.

The soul,

The sun up in the sky.

Just as you're breathing in,

Just as you're breathing out.

Just one breath.

Notice that feeling.

Feeling good,

Good feeling.

So let's start by bringing our attention to our body.

Body feeling good.

What is a good feeling for the body?

A good feeling for your body.

How would you know your body is feeling good?

How would you know?

Bring awareness to that word,

Know.

How would you know?

I know.

A knowing is so clear.

So complete.

So become the observer of your body.

Feel the magic inside your body.

The sensations of the body.

And energy throughout your body.

Ever flowing.

Full of flow.

There is a simplicity to that feeling.

A simple feeling.

A smile that comes with that feeling.

A smile knowing that is your body.

So feeling good in this moment.

What is it that you are doing?

We can replace the word doing with being.

Being awakens your soul.

Awaken your soul.

Your soul story.

Opening the book to your story.

Tune in to those feelings.

Blend in to those feelings.

Become one with that feeling.

Meditation is that feeling.

Meditation is that feeling.

Meditation is the medication for your soul.

A frequency inside your body.

It's time to turn up that feeling.

That feeling.

You get to make this a normal feeling.

Your baseline.

Your foundation.

The blueprint for your soul.

The blueprint for your soul.

Bring awareness to this gift that you possess.

The gift you created.

So simple.

Showing up for yourself.

To show up.

To just be.

So imagine a stranger looking at you from this feeling.

There's a spark in your eyes.

There's a glow to your skin.

There is a spring in your step.

You know You know They know God knows.

It feels good.

Proud of that feeling.

Proud from the work you put in.

Life.

Your decisions.

Your choices.

Your story.

So now walk and experience that feeling.

You are always in control.

Always.

Whatever life throws at you.

Whatever comes your way.

You are always in control.

Something peaceful with that knowing.

Full of peace.

Piece by piece.

Connecting all the dots to your story.

And remember nowhere to go.

To just be.

So let us bring awareness to your mind.

And bring awareness to the thoughts.

They come and they go.

In the form of images.

In the form of memories.

In the form of people.

In the form of words.

Concepts and ideas.

The mind is a balancing act.

An alignment.

The connector.

The middle man.

The medium.

Mind gives meaning.

So notice right now you as the observer.

Aware of those thoughts.

And in this state this blissful state.

This deep state of bliss.

Mind gets to be.

It's meant to be.

Mind to be.

Being.

Body mind mind body.

Mind mind body.

Just be.

Calm.

Elective.

Clear.

Confident.

The power of your mind.

The power of yourself.

Infinite possibilities of the mind.

All it requires is a little inspiration and imagination.

Feeling good.

Good feeling.

Perfect body balance.

A perfect partnership.

Mind and body become one.

Body mind in harmony.

The light shines through.

A light body a bright mind.

Now with this next breath as it rises up the body feel the light rise up the body.

The light with your spirit.

Just one breath.

Tuning in to your spirit.

Flowing through the body.

Flowing around the body.

Covering all the space.

So imagine the clouds.

Imagine the winds.

Those feelings inside the body is projecting that life outside of you.

A soul projection floating with spirit.

Imagine a genie out of the body.

Those feelings outside of your body.

Your spirit risen from the body.

Body resting in peace.

Perfection as a feeling.

A continuous flow of perfection.

The full spectrum of this experience Where your attention goes energy flows.
