Hello,

My name is Hannah Crera and I will be guiding you through this beautiful and simple reset meditation.

You can use this meditation at any point in your day or evening that you wish to.

Simply press pause and press reset.

It's an opportunity to get present by simply focusing on your breath.

When you are anchored into your breath,

You can be nowhere but here and now in this present moment.

And when you're tapped into the present moment,

You are empowered to create whatever change you wish.

So closing your eyes if you haven't already.

Find a comfortable shape in your body.

Allow the spine to be long so that the breath can flow with ease.

And now take a deep breath in and out.

And allowing yourself a couple more deep yet gentle breaths.

And as you place some extra emphasis on the breath,

You're just allowing a pattern interrupt to happen.

Perhaps there were thoughts whirling through your mind or sensations rippling through your body.

These deep breaths are a signal for your body to stop,

To just bring awareness within.

Take another deep breath in.

Start to imagine all that air filling your body all the way down through your torso,

All the way down to your toes.

And as you exhale,

You'll feel the release,

The time that has been before you and the time that exists in front of you.

As you inhale,

You fill the body with the sense of expansion.

And as you exhale,

You release the past.

And you release the future.

Release yourself of anything that isn't here anymore.

Just allow your breath to fall into a comfortable rhythm.

Just stay here for a bit.

Simply breathing.

And wonders.

Just notice and bring it back to the breath.

That exquisite simplicity of the exhale.

Just coming back.

Deep exhale.

Soften.

Soften.

Just keep that.

You have the choice to press reset and reset yourself back to the present moment.

Simply bringing awareness.

Deep exhale.

Just breathing.

And being.

Exhale.

Just breathing.

And being.

It's a constant practice.

Bringing awareness back to the breath.

As you breathe,

The exhale moves in unison with the breath.

The intelligence of every cell.

This beautiful and complex web of cells.

Allow yourself to be guided by your natural breath.

In this moment.

In the next moment.

In this next moment.

This beautiful breath.

Lulling you into a state of deep relaxation.

To a state.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Begin to.

Listen in to the sounds that are coming.

Just being aware to the sound of your breath.

The heat of your hand.

Nourishing your chest space.

Expanding your belly.

Your ribcage all the way up to the chest.

Let out a gentle sigh.

Maybe a hum.

As you exhale.

Just a couple more times like that.

Hand to heart.

Deep breath in.

Fill the body up.

Expand.

And then gently let out the breath.

As audible as you like.

As audible as you like.

Complete exhale.

One more time.

A deep breath in.

Expansion.

Exhale.

Relaxing.

Be here.

Be here.

Your reason.
