Feeling it today,

Feeling it this week,

Y'all.

Welcome to Here by HMT,

Where we find reasons why right here is the best place to be.

My name is Hannah Rae Todd.

My pronouns are she,

Her,

And this is a meditation for when you feel like you've fallen off the rails a little bit.

Maybe it has to do with your work.

You feel like you're a little bit behind.

Maybe it's with your body.

You feel like you were on a really good track of nourishing it,

And then all of a sudden you fell off.

Let's tap in,

Tune in to that self,

That unshakable self that we have within here,

That no matter if we fall off the rails,

We know we can get back on.

I know you can get back on.

I know I can get back on.

Let's do it together.

Close down your eyes here,

My friend.

Take a deep inhale,

Breath through your nose.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Let that go.

Another big,

Beautiful inhale breath here,

This time from the bottom of your belly.

Inhale,

Fill up,

Expand.

Exhale,

Let that go.

As big,

As deep as one here,

Inhale,

Fill up from the bottoms of your feet,

Up your legs,

Your torso.

Really notice the journey of that breath as it travels up your body,

Your being,

Through your neck,

Your head,

Hold at the top.

Inhale,

5% more,

My friend.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Let that go.

Now,

Just take a moment to notice here,

To connect with whatever it is that you may be experiencing in your life right now.

How can we dig a little bit deeper and perhaps bring into our mind's eye that moment in which we felt this trigger occur?

The moment in which we started to feel ourselves diverge from our course,

Choose a different path,

One that perhaps doesn't feel as good in our body or in our mind.

Just notice.

Notice,

My friend,

Here without judgment,

Can you separate yourself from that moment?

Can you see outside of yourself and just take a second here to get curious?

Rather than judgmental,

Can you pause and see perhaps what it may have been that was the catalyst to this new direction?

Was this catalyst to a reaction,

A shift in gears that may not be feeling as good in your body and your being now?

Just notice.

Take a deep inhale breath in as you notice,

My friend,

Here.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Another deep breath here.

Inhale,

Really seeing yourself as separate from that circumstance,

As separate from that moment.

Just noticing.

Exhale,

Last,

Biggest,

Deepest one here.

Inhale,

Really fill up.

Fill up in recognition that you are human.

Fill up in recognition that you are here to experience it all and that those missteps,

My friend,

Are not in fact missteps.

That regression is not a regression.

It is part of the journey.

Exhale,

Let that go,

But stay in this knowing.

Exhale.

As you can see and witness and separate yourself from that moment,

That trigger,

You find just an ounce of grace here for yourself.

And you recognize that what took you off course was a moment that was challenging,

Was something that triggered something else deep inside of you that made your nervous system feel out of whack,

That made you choose or react in a way that you know is not true to you.

That's okay,

My friend.

That is how we learn.

And in one point in our lives,

To choose the reaction,

To choose that different direction may have felt safe,

But in this moment now,

It's not serving us.

So how can we begin to come back?

Come back.

Come back to this cell,

This you that you know deep down is always here for you.

Because even if you feel as though you've gone off course for a week,

Three,

A month,

Months,

You can always,

Always,

Because this part of you,

This deep knowing,

This part never,

It is always here for you.

Breathe deeper now and do this version of you.

As you inhale,

Exhale,

Let that go.

Breathe deeper now as you feel that feeling from deep within you expand,

Starting to rise to the surface here.

Inhale,

Exhale.

One more here.

Big breath in,

Inhale.

Exhale,

Let that go.

What is something here that you can connect with?

A word,

A sensation,

A feeling from within that you can tap into and into to remind you of all that is here,

Even in those moments where we feel we've reacted,

Even in those moments where we feel we may have regressed,

My friend,

It is all part of this journey.

Come back to what is here,

What has always been here for you,

And that is you.

Breathe deeper into those words,

Whatever it is that you need to hear and feel right here in this moment,

My friend.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Let that go.

Stay with this feeling as you move for the rest of your day or week,

Your month,

And notice the shift that happens.

Slowly,

Slowly opening your eyes.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you for being here with me.

It's right here,

And you are exactly on the right course.
