Let rest take you.

Allow the muscles to release their grip from around the bones.

Soften the tension in the head.

Tighten the brain.

Allow your brain to rest to the back of the skull,

Circulating fresh oxygenated blood.

Relaxing.

Harmonizing.

Relax the scalp.

Smile inside.

Feel how that smile changes the energy in your body.

Make your eyes happy.

Feel happiness.

Allow the brain to excrete those healthy,

Happy hormones through the bloodstream.

Letting go of resistance.

Allowing the body to open and soften.

Relax the eyes.

Soften the little muscles behind the eyes.

Relax the brow,

Forehead,

And the scalp.

Relax inside the ears.

Don't strain to hear me.

Your body can hear me.

Relax away from the doing.

Everything's okay.

Feel the warmth of the blood in the ears.

Relax the cheeks.

Allow the facial lines to soften.

Feel a pleasant expression.

Relax the mouth.

Relax the lips.

And relax inside the mouth,

Sending healing and relaxing energy to the tongue.

Relax the tongue so it's not gripping to the roof of the mouth or behind the teeth.

The tongue is soft and the throat opens.

The jaw releases.

The neck releases.

Ah,

Softening away tension.

Relax the shoulders.

Remember not to judge your body.

You're not a da Vinci drawing.

You're not supposed to be exactly perfect on both sides.

Don't view your body with suspicion.

Allow it to be as it is.

Pretend you're up on the ceiling looking down at yourself.

And say your name three times.

And say you love yourself.

Look at yourself lying on the floor.

And send love.

Accept it.

Feel it.

Move through your cells.

Self love sounds corny,

But it's a profound healing energy.

Allow yourself to feel love.

Feel the muscles in the upper arms soften.

Relax the elbows and the forearms.

See if you can feel the energy running down the arms,

Into the wrists and the hands.

Allow your fingers to curl in.

When you relax,

Try not to do anything.

Doing causes stress and tension.

Accept everything is perfect the way it is as you move into a deep state of relaxation.

Feel the energy in your hands between the fingers under the fingernails.

Feel your chi,

Your life force in the palms of your hands.

Feel that.

Relax the upper back.

Not by doing anything,

Just by inviting relaxation.

Let go of the middle back.

And soften the lower back.

Releasing,

Softening,

Letting go.

Sides of the body relax.

Relax the chest.

Imagine your heart opening,

Opening,

Opening.

Relax the ribs and the little muscles between the ribs.

And under the ribs.

And relax the internal organs.

Softening,

Letting go of stress and tension.

Allowing the body to relax and harmonize itself.

Relax the stomach.

Deep inside the stomach,

Relax.

See if you can relax so much that you can feel your abdominal walls releasing.

Our stomach,

Our center,

The place we hold anguish,

Fear,

Pain,

Excitement,

Joy.

Our center,

Our feeling center.

Apologize for anything mean that you've said to yourself.

Feel the stomach release that holding.

Feel that space with love.

Relax.

Let go.

Everything's okay.

Soften your hips and your groin and your buttocks.

Feel your thighs often.

Relax the knees and behind the knees.

Allow yourself to move into a deep state of relaxation.

Let go.

When you're relaxed,

You're susceptible to self-hypnosis.

And good vibes through the body.

Everything's okay.

Be right here,

Right now.

There's no past that doesn't exist.

There's no future that's not here yet.

Right here,

Right now.

Let go of your body.

Let go of your breath.

Let go of your mind.

Soften the calf muscles away from the shin.

Ankles relax.

Letting go of tension.

Relax the feet.

Relax the top of the foot and the sole of the foot.

Relax the toes and between the toes.

Feel the energy in the bottom of your feet.

If you're not asleep already,

Pretend you're asleep.

Feel that last bit of resistance going away.

As you open up and relax and welcome the wisdom of the unseen world.

Soften.

Trust.

Harmonize.

All is well.
