This is a simple breathing exercise,

A short breathing exercise to slow down,

To calm down your mind and to feel more relaxed and present.

So you can find a comfortable sitting position,

With your eyes closed,

Your facial muscles relaxed,

Spine straight,

Your neck is long,

In line with your spine,

Shoulders are relaxed,

Your hands are relaxed,

Resting on your legs or your knees,

And just become aware of your natural breathing,

Your natural effortless breathing,

And stay there for a few moments.

In this exercise we are going to inhale and exhale through our nostrils,

We are going to inhale for 5 counts,

And exhale for 5 counts,

And we will do this,

We will repeat this for a few minutes.

You just have to follow my guidance,

You don't have to do anything else,

Just be aware of your in-breath and out-breath.

Take a deep breath in,

And exhale completely through your mouth,

And now breathe in through your nose,
