This is a simple breathing exercise,
A short breathing exercise to slow down,
To calm down
your mind and to feel more relaxed and present.
So you can find a comfortable sitting position,
With your eyes closed,

And just become aware of your
natural breathing,
Your natural effortless breathing,
And stay there for a few moments.
In this exercise we are going to inhale and exhale through our nostrils,

And exhale for 5 counts,
And we will do this,
We will repeat this for
a few minutes.
