As you embark on this journey of meditation,

You are opening yourself up to a world of possibility,

A world where you can connect with your baby on a deeper level and create a bond that will last a lifetime.

This is a time to slow down and take a moment for yourself,

To connect with your baby and focus on the love and light that surrounds you both.

This meditation is an opportunity for you to escape from the outside world and enter a place of peace and calm.

A place where you can let go of any distractions,

Worries or stress and focus solely on you and your baby.

With each deep breath,

You will feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed,

More and more connected to your baby.

As you continue on this journey,

You will find that you are entering a magical time,

A time filled with excitement and anticipation as you prepare to bring your new baby into the world.

So,

Let's begin this journey together and allow yourself to be filled with excitement and anticipation as you prepare to bring your new baby into the world.

Take a moment to get comfortable,

Either sitting or lying down and close your eyes.

Focus on your breathing,

Taking slow deep breaths and letting go of any distractions or worries.

As you breathe,

Allow your focus to gradually move down your body,

Starting at the top of your head.

With each inhale,

Imagine a wave of relaxation flowing through you,

Starting at the top of your head and moving down to your toes.

Focus on the sensation of relaxation spreading through your scalp and your face,

Releasing any tension or tightness in these areas.

Imagine yourself sinking deeper into relaxation with each exhale.

Exhale.

Next,

Move your attention to your neck and shoulder.

Take a deep breath and as you exhale,

Imagine yourself releasing any tension or stress that may have accumulated there.

Exhale.

Continuing down your body,

Focus on your arms,

Your chest,

And your belly.

Visualize any tightness or tension in these areas,

Dissolving and fading away with each exhale.

Exhale.

Now,

Bring your attention to your hips and legs.

Imagine yourself sinking deeper into relaxation with each inhale,

And with each exhale,

Let go of any tension or discomfort in these areas.

Exhale.

Finally,

Focus on your feet and toes.

Take a deep breath and imagine yourself sinking even deeper into relaxation.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation,

Releasing any tension or stress that may have accumulated in your body throughout the day.

As you do so,

Imagine yourself and your growing baby surrounded by a warm,

Healing light,

Enveloping you both in a cocoon of peace and comfort.

As you continue your body scan,

Take a moment to become aware of any areas of tension or discomfort.

This might include tightness in your muscles,

Aches or pains,

Or general feelings of stress or tension.

With each exhale,

Imagine yourself releasing these tensions,

See them as dark,

Heavy clouds that you can simply let go of and allow to disappear.

Visualize a warm,

Healing light surrounding these areas,

Relaxing and soothing them with each breath.

As you exhale,

Imagine this light dissipating the tension and discomfort,

Allowing it to dissolve and fade away completely.

Take your time and be patient as you release these tensions.

Know that with each exhale,

You are letting go of stress and tension and allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation and peace.

As you release these tensions,

Imagine yourself and your growing baby becoming lighter and more comfortable,

Surrounded by a warm,

Peaceful aura that grows stronger with each passing moment.

Visualize your baby inside of you,

Surrounded by a warm,

Comforting light.

See your baby growing and developing,

Safe and protected within your womb.

Imagine that this light is nurturing your baby,

Helping it to grow stronger and healthier with each passing day.

See it enveloping your baby in a cocoon of safety and security,

Protecting it from any harm or negativity.

As you visualize your baby,

Focus on the warmth and comfort that the light brings.

Allow this light to soothe any anxieties or concerns you may have about the growth and development of your baby.

Picture your baby growing bigger and stronger with each passing moment,

As the light envelops it and helps it to flourish.

See your baby's vital organs,

Such as the lungs and heart,

Becoming stronger and more capable with each passing day.

Feel the peace and calm that comes with knowing that your baby is safe and protected within your womb,

Surrounded by this loving and nurturing light.

Allow yourself to bask in this peaceful visualization,

Allowing the warmth and comfort of the light fill you with a sense of contentment and joy.

Know that your baby is in the best possible care,

Growing and developing with each passing moment,

As it prepares for its arrival into the world.

Allow yourself to feel a sense of peace and love for your baby,

Knowing that it is growing and developing in the best possible environment.

Feel a deep connection with your baby,

And imagine that your love is nourishing it and helping it to thrive.

Allow yourself to bask in this feeling of love and security,

Knowing that your baby is safe,

Protected,

And growing in a warm,

Loving environment.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Focus your attention on each part of your body,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation,

With each exhale.

Take a moment to thank your body for all the hard work it is doing to nurture and support your growing baby.

Give yourself a mental hug and appreciate the amazing job you are doing in bringing new life into the world.

Take your time and be patient with yourself.

The more you relax,

The deeper you will sink into a peaceful,

Meditative state.

Know that with each breath,

You are taking care of yourself and your growing baby,

Allowing both of you to sink deeper into relaxation and peace.

Allow yourself to focus solely on your breathing and your body,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper into a state of calm with each exhale.

Feel yourself becoming more relaxed and at peace with each passing moment.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Allow yourself to become aware of the changes your body is undergoing during this time.

Your abdomen is continuing to grow,

Stretching the skin,

And you may be experiencing increased fatigue and shortness of breath.

This is completely normal and a sign that your body is preparing to bring your new baby into the world.

Allow yourself to acknowledge these changes,

And with each exhale,

Imagine yourself releasing any stress or worries you may have about these changes.

You may also be feeling an increase in frequency of urination due to the pressure on your bladder,

But know that this is also a normal part of pregnancy,

And your body is simply making room for your growing baby.

You may also be experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions,

Which may become more frequent and intense.

Allow yourself to feel these contractions and imagine them as a natural and normal part of labor and delivery.

You may be feeling increased pelvic pressure,

Which is also normal as your baby continues to grow and get ready to be born.

Know that these sensations are completely normal and a sign that your body is doing exactly what it needs to do to prepare for birth.

You may be starting to produce colostrum,

The first milk produced before actual lactation.

Allow yourself to feel proud and amazed at the amazing changes taking place in your body as it prepares to nourish and care for your new baby.

Allow yourself to focus solely on your breathing and the sensations in your body,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper into a state of peace and relaxation with each inhale and exhale.

Know that you are doing an amazing job as you prepare to bring your new baby into the world.

Focus your visualization on the baby inside you who has entered the third trimester of pregnancy.

See the baby rapidly gaining weight,

With an average weight gain of 1-2 pounds per week.

Imagine the continued development of the baby's vital organs,

Including the lungs,

Which are preparing for breathing outside the womb.

Feel the increased movement of the baby,

Even though there is less room to move as the uterus gets crowded.

See the development of fine hair,

Lanugo,

And a waxy coating to protect the skin.

Visualize the descent of the baby into the pelvic area,

Preparing for birth.

Imagine the baby getting ready to make its arrival into the world.

Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to fully connect with the changes that are taking place inside you.

Know that you and your baby are growing and developing.

Together,

Prepare for the beautiful and transformative journey of birth.

Bring your awareness to the changes taking place in your body as you enter the third trimester of your pregnancy.

Acknowledge any discomfort you may be experiencing,

Such as lower back and pelvis pain,

Shortness of breath,

Frequent urination,

Heartburn,

Indigestion,

Swelling in the legs,

Ankles,

And feet,

Braxton-Hicks contractions,

Difficulty sleeping,

And anxiety about the upcoming birth.

Allow yourself to fully acknowledge these sensations without trying to resist or push them away.

Breathe deeply into each one,

Imagining your breath flowing into the area of discomfort and soothing it.

Remind yourself that these discomforts are a normal part of the third trimester as your body prepares for childbirth.

They may be uncomfortable,

But they are temporary and will pass.

Trust in your body's innate wisdom and strength to carry you through this process.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful,

Serene forest.

The sun is shining through the trees and the sound of birds singing fills the air.

You feel calm and at peace.

As you stand in the beautiful,

Serene forest,

You are surrounded by tall trees that tower above you,

Creating a natural canopy.

The leaves rustle in the gentle breeze,

And the sun filters through,

Casting a warm,

Golden glow on everything around you.

You feel at peace,

As if the forest has enveloped you in a cocoon of tranquility.

The sound of birds singing fills the air,

A melodic chorus of nature's own music.

The birds flit from tree to tree,

Their wings creating a soft whooshing sound as they move.

You hear the occasional tweet and chirp,

And the occasional rustling of leaves as a bird lands on a branch.

You take a deep breath in,

Inhaling the fresh,

Clean air.

You feel the tension in your body melt away as you stand there,

Surrounded by the beauty of nature.

You are in a place where time seems to stand still,

And you feel completely at peace.

You close your eyes and let your mind wander,

Allowing your thoughts drift away on the gentle breeze.

You feel completely relaxed and at ease,

As if you are being cradled in the arms of Mother Nature.

You are in a place where there is no need to rush or worry,

Sparkling,

Clear lake.

The sun glistens on the surface of the water,

Created by a fish jumping or a leaf falling from a nearby tree.

You approach the edge of the lake and look into the water,

Where you see a reflection of yourself.

You see your baby bump,

Round and full,

And you can't help but smile at the sight.

Your baby bump is a symbol of the life growing inside you,

A reminder of the miracle of pregnancy.

You reach out and touch the surface of the water,

Feeling the coolness on your fingertips.

You watch as your reflection moves with you,

And you see the love and joy in your eyes as you gaze at your baby bump.

You stand there for the moment,

Taking in the beauty of the scene before you.

You feel a sense of wonder and awe at the miracle of life,

You close your eyes and imagine your baby growing and developing inside of you.

You imagine all the things that you will teach them,
