Welcome to this guided meditation to nurture your feminine soul.

Let's start by setting an intention for this practice.

Think about what you wish to achieve or how you want to feel by the end of this meditation.

Hold this intention gently both in your mind and heart.

Find a comfortable position where you can relax but remain alert.

Sit or lie down,

Making sure your back is straight but not tense.

Once you have settled in,

Gently close your eyes.

Begin to pay attention to your breath.

Just notice how it flows in and out.

How your chest and belly gently rise and fall with each cycle.

Take a slow,

Deep inhale,

Feeling the air move through your nostrils.

Filling your lungs completely.

Notice the slight pause that naturally occurs at the end of your inhale.

Now exhale smoothly and fully,

Experiencing the release of air and any tension you may be holding.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly and gently.

Allow each breath to be deep and intentional,

Feeling your body relax more deeply after every exhale.

After a couple of deep breaths,

Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.

There's no need to force or control it,

Just let it flow easily and effortlessly.

Bring your focus to the top of your head.

Imagine a wave of relaxation slowly moving down from your scalp,

Across your forehead and into your eyes.

Allow this wave to ease any tension you may find,

Allowing your facial muscles to soften,

Your jaw to unclench and your neck to relax.

Continue this scan down your body,

Moving to your shoulders,

Often a storage place for stress.

Visualize your breath as a warm,

Soothing light,

Melting away any tightness as it continues down your arms,

Through your elbows and into your hands.

Bring this awareness to your chest and heart area,

Allowing your breath to create space and ease in your heart.

Gently move your attention down to your belly,

Feel it rise and fall with your natural breath.

Focus on your lower body,

Your hips,

Thighs and legs.

With each breath,

Imagine any remaining tension flowing out through your feet,

Grounding you further into the earth.

Take a moment to rest in the sensation of being fully relaxed.

Present and connected to your body.

Recognize how your breath has been a companion throughout this process,

Nurturing and supporting your feminine soul.

Each inhale brings in fresh energy and vitality,

While each exhale releases what no longer serves you.

As we transition to the heart of our meditation,

Bring your focus inward once more.

Imagine a space that feels safe and comforting to you.

Visualize yourself in this space,

Feeling completely at peace and grounded.

In this setting,

See yourself as the embodiment of vitality and health.

Picture your physical form brimming with energy,
