It could be a cozy room,
A beautiful garden,
Or a secluded spot in nature.
Imagine the details of this place,
Noticing the colors,
Textures,
And scents that surround you.
In this tranquil space,
Imagine a warm,
Compassionate presence beside you.
It could be a trusted friend,
A loving mentor,
Or a wise and nurturing version of yourself.
Feel their gentle presence and genuine care for you.
As you connect with this compassionate presence,
Start to speak to yourself with kindness and understanding.
Repeat the following words to yourself,
Allowing them to resonate within you.
May I be kind to myself.
May I be patient with myself.
May I be gentle and forgiving toward myself.
Feel the warmth of these words as they wash over you,
Soothing any self-judgment or harshness that you may have towards yourself.
Embrace the feeling of acceptance and love that arises within you.

Bring to mind a specific situation or challenge that has caused you distress or self-doubt.
