Yesod: Foundation & Channel

This is a guided meditation on the Kabbalistic Sefirah of Yesod. Yesod is translated as foundation, the channel of creation, the bridge between the spiritual and the material. All of the upper Sefirot flow down through Yesod to hold the energy and transmit it to Malchut. As such, Yesod is about being with the energy and channeling it down to the world.
