This is a guided meditation on the Kabbalistic Sefirah of Keter. Keter is the uppermost point of the Tree of Life. It is often translated as Crown or Ein Sof (meaning the Infinite or Nothingness). Keter is the direct point of access to God and it is known to be beyond the beyond.

Welcome to a guided meditation on the Qabbalistic Sphira of Keter.

So go ahead and find a comfortable place to sit and gently close the eyes.

And we begin by simply observing the breath arriving in the here and now.

We can only attain insights once we are fully present.

So we begin meditation with observing the breath because it returns us to this present moment.

And the more we relax into the present moment of now,

The more we are open to receiving wisdom.

So take another moment here and see if you can relax a bit more.

Relax the mind,

Relax the nervous system,

Allowing yourself to simply be.

And we call onto this aspect of Keter,

Which is often translated as crown,

Because it is the highest Sphira,

It's the highest divine aspect on the tree of life.

It is the point of contact with God,

The direct relationship.

It is the point of origination of all of creation and all of manifestation.

It is that ray of divine light in its origination.

Sometimes it's also known as En-Suf,

The infinite or the nothingness,

Because the infinite and the nothingness are actually two sides of the same coin.

So Keter represents that beyond,

That infinite nature of the God realm.

And it's the point that touches that and begins the process of emanation.

It is often said it is beyond consciousness and beyond our human capacities to really understand Keter.

But in this practice,

We simply allow for the energy of Keter to come into our awareness,

However that might be,

Whether it's through sensation or visualization.

What does this crown,

This crown of God,

Sometimes also known as the throne of God,

What does it look like?

What does it feel like?

What does it mean to touch God directly,

To begin the process of emanation of light?

Keter is that unity.

It is the oneness because it represents the divine will,

The divine will to create our world.

It is that royal nature of God that intends to create this world in all of its glory.

So see what that's like to feel that presence of Keter in your body and in your consciousness.

How does Keter live in you?

What is that direct point to the infinite?

The channel by which it all creates,

It all begins there.

The space of pure potentiality.

Nothing is possible here because it's a direct line to the infinite.

And when we begin the process of creation,

We always root in the infinite nature of reality.

So allow yourself to touch this infinite nature,

Simply touching it with your own awareness,

Your own consciousness.

And see what happens in your body as you touch this place.

Perhaps there is more ease here.

Perhaps there's more of a challenge.

Either way,

We just allow for whatever is to be exactly as it is.

So we'll take one more moment here and really see if you can allow that energy of Keter washed over you.

It's like the crown,

But the crown is not simply on the head,

But it actually is the whole body.

It's the whole reality.

It's direct access to the beyond.

So take one more moment here.

See if there's anything you want to harvest from this meditation practice.

Any downloads or insights.

Anything that wants to be remembered and integrated into your life.

And slowly and gently in your own timing,

Return to the breath and to the body.

Gently opening the eyes and returning to the space.

And take a couple moments here to just notice how you have shifted through this guided meditation.
