Welcome to this guided meditation on the Qabbalistic Sphira of Bina.
So we start by finding a comfortable place to sit.
And as you're ready,
Gently closing the eyes and observing the breath.
The breath guides us into presence,
Into the here and now.
And it is when we are present that we can receive insights and inspiration.
So take another moment here and allow the breath to cleanse the mind,
To relax the body.
And here we invite the aspect,
The divine aspect of Bina.
Bina is often translated as understanding.
It is in the divine consciousness realm alongside with Chokhmah.
So together Chokhmah,
Wisdom,
And Bina,
Understanding,
They form the divine mind.
The mind that creates all of existence.
And Chokhmah is the masculine.
It is the seed of consciousness.
While Bina is the feminine.
It is the expansion of consciousness.
So they work together to create our reality.
And in Qabbalah,
The feminine aspect is the more receptive one.
Meaning it receives the energy or the charge of the masculine counterpart.
And through the receiving of it,
It expands it and actually is the force of creation.
There's this very deep teaching in Qabbalah around this relationship between receiving and creating.
It is only once you really receive that you begin creating.
And Bina is that receptive aspect that receives the seed of consciousness from Chokhmah.
So Chokhmah is that point of knowledge,
Of wisdom.
And Bina is the expansion of that wisdom into multiplicity.
It is the aspect that creates dimensionality.
It takes wisdom and expands it to all forms.
Just how in nature,
There are certain patterns that exist,
Like the Fibonacci sequence.
And that pattern is the core seed of consciousness.
But Bina takes that pattern and creates the world with it through expanding that pattern to be in all forms,
To be in multiplicity,
In dimensionality.
Sometimes Bina can also be understood as analysis.
Chokhmah being the inspiration.
Bina takes that inspiration and it creates a system of discernment,
Of categorization,
Of comprehension.
It is wisdom that is in the world through the multiple realms.
It organizes consciousness.
Sometimes it is also known as that womb,
The womb of knowledge that takes in the seed of consciousness and creates this expansion of this wisdom,
Creating multiple forms and expression throughout our world.
So see if you can feel this aspect of Bina in your own consciousness,
This expansion of wisdom.
And again,
When we're talking about Chokhmah and Bina,
It is not the human mind,
But it is the divine mind,
The one that creates all of creation.
So see what Bina feels like in your system,
This multidimensionality expression of wisdom,
This expanded state of being that actually keeps on expanding.
It is not limited,
But its nature is to expand and to replicate and to find new forms of expression.
So see if that aspect of Bina feels exciting to you,
Or perhaps there's some fear that arises.
Whatever it may be,
Just allow the body to relate to this divine aspect as it is.
Notice what it feels like to call in Bina,
This aspect of consciousness,
This aspect of creation,
This understanding,
Expansion of wisdom.
See what it feels like in your body,
In the here and now.
And take a moment here and harvest whatever insights came to you from this guided meditation,
What wants to be remembered past this meditation and integrated into your life.
And slowly as you're ready,
You can gently return to the breath and to the body.
Open the eyes and take a moment and see how this meditation has impacted your being.
