Love Will Take You Beyond Worry And Fear GF Live 8-12-23
by Guy Finley
Our greatest strength lies in our ability to realize that whatever may be the nature of some immediate worry or fear, it can be proven false...that is, providing we are willing to prove it so by walking into and through it and to test this truth time and time again.

I'm going to start the talk and end the talk with two separate quotations.
I don't usually do it,
But these are so apropos to what we're going to study today,
Which is what?
What does it take to go beyond worry,
Fear,
And self-doubt?
Now I have to just paint the first picture here.
If we knew,
As we are,
What it takes to go beyond worry,
Fear,
And self-doubt,
Then God,
We would beyond it now,
Wouldn't we?
And that's something we just don't get.
The definition of insanity is to repeat the same thing and expect a different result.
We keep believing we can take ourselves past worry,
Fear,
And doubt,
Only to find ourselves back at square one filled with some form of worry,
Fear,
And doubt.
So we have to look at a new understanding.
The understanding of this world,
This world of time,
Of conditioned thoughts and feelings,
Has failed us.
And by us,
I mean those of us who want to understand whether there is actually a place,
A world,
A kingdom,
An understanding beyond the one that we are constantly captive,
A prisoner of,
That is filled with as a part of its process,
This worry,
Fear,
And self-doubt.
So from time to time,
Mystic masters,
Poets,
Illumined men and women,
They catch glimpses of these places and these new worlds.
And Blake certainly did,
And I'm going to build on what he said.
He said,
And I remember the first time I read this,
I was in my teens,
The roaring of lions,
The howling of wolves,
The raging of the stormy sea,
And the destructive sword are portions of eternity too great for the eye of man.
I remember when I read that,
What is that about?
He did go on in his other teachings and writings to explain this,
But we're going to kind of bridge that gap together.
So I hope you're interested that we hear these things,
We see these things,
And we don't just live in an unfathomable mystery,
As it were,
Where in spite of all of our ingenuity and all of the reasoning through time,
We have yet to solve the mystery of this ceaselessly individual and collective suffering through time.
Human suffering has not been lessened.
It's insane to believe that human suffering is lessened.
Just a quick side note,
Do you know that there were more suicides in 2022 than in the history of humanity?
Now,
Why is that?
Because we're happy and we're filled with grace and Christ and God and Muhammad and Buddha?
Is it because we're illumined?
Or is it because we live in a kind of darkness that calls itself the light and that we keep following into what we believe will bring us the end of this suffering only to find out it is not abated,
It has been exacerbated.
So why can't we solve this mystery?
Blake was hinting at it.
The reason we can't solve the mystery is because we're looking outside of ourselves to find the solution to that mystery.
We are individually and collectively,
Each and every one of us.
We are each paragraph,
Each page,
The binding.
We are the book itself of this mystery,
Of this divine mystery.
The good news is that what the human mind can't comprehend is instantly grasped by the willing spirit.
And the willing spirit is that which dwells within that light.
It is that light in the darkness of itself,
This darkness that calls itself the light.
But if it was the light,
It certainly wouldn't lead us back into these unending tunnels.
So where is this light?
Where is this wisdom?
It lives within each and every one of us.
We just don't understand how we are,
To use the right words,
How we are created and intended to become aligned with this wisdom,
With this light,
With this love,
And in that alignment to realize,
If you will,
This integration,
That in the integration is the solution.
The integration of this consciousness is the solution to the suffering it creates in its sleep.
So let's get started.
I have a couple of stories to tell you.
They are all intended to be married so that you understand we're looking at a continuing idea,
A continuing expression of certain images and principles.
So here's the first story.
If you've ever followed any of my talks or read any of my books,
I often use stories and I often use certain characters.
One is this apprentice angel who travels around with a senior angel who is forever trying to educate the apprentice angel.
This represents,
You know the story when the teacher's ready,
The student appears.
When the teacher appears,
Senior angel,
The apprentice angel,
The student and the one waiting to learn this lesson so that he or she might be elevated,
Which is the idea of these wings,
Might be able to rise above beyond worry,
Fear,
And doubt.
So this senior angel takes this apprentice angel on one of their many journeys and they can just whisk just like that faster than the speed of thought from one realm to another,
From one kingdom to another,
From one planetary system to another,
If you will.
And they arrive and they're kind of hovering and flying around as it were,
Meaning that they're observing the race of beings on this planet and the apprentice angel is stunned.
He turns to the senior angel,
My God,
What's happening here?
As the apprentice angel can see that almost everyone on this planet,
Save for a very few,
Are withered,
Drawn,
Emaciated.
They look like they're dying.
The apprentice angel says to the senior,
How come these children of the divine,
It looks like they're dying on the vine.
What happened to these beings?
Because he's genuinely shocked.
Senior angel says,
I brought you here so that you might see this.
See what?
He said,
They have fallen under a kind of a dark spell.
And you can see the results of this dark spell that they've fallen under.
It's evident.
But look,
He said,
But they look starving and the world is lush.
It's filled with food.
It's abundant.
Senior angel says,
Yes,
It is abundant,
But you don't understand what I mean when I say they're starving.
The reason they're emaciated and dark is because they're cut off from the world above them.
And they are dying from a lack of divine impressions.
And so because of that,
They're unable to realize that everything they see reflected in the world around them is the realization of another kingdom within them.
I'm going to say it again.
They are starving for the impressions born of realizing that everything they see around them is reflected within them.
And when it is reflected within them,
It is the realization of both kingdoms at the same time.
That's the food of the soul.
The senior angel says,
You should know this without me having to cover it twice.
He says,
I don't,
I kind of get it now.
But how did this happen?
Asks the apprentice angel.
I mean,
Wouldn't the almighty intercede?
Senior angel says,
You should know better than that as well.
The almighty is always interceding.
But no one here on this planet is watching or listening.
But why wouldn't they?
Says the apprentice angel.
Senior angel,
And part of his seniority is his patience.
He looks at the apprentice and he says,
All right,
Hang on.
And with the snap of a finger,
They're instantly transported to another world where apparently they are unseen,
Of course,
By a pair of brothers who are making their way up a mountain.
And in a heartbeat,
And this is one of the gifts that angels have.
And this is true,
Incidentally.
They know instantaneously the character and quality of everyone and everything they see,
Because everyone and everything they see is in fact a part of who they are.
And they are a part of everyone and everything they see.
So they don't have to think to themselves,
What's this person about or what's this happening?
They are automatically brought into an understanding of the whole of the moment because they themselves are part of the completion of that moment and part of the completion of themselves,
I might add,
Ceaselessly.
So the apprentice angel gathers on the spot what's taken place.
These two brothers,
One of them,
His name is resistance and the other,
His name is revelation.
And from what the apprentice angel can gather,
Not just from the senior angel,
But from what he sees,
Apparently these two brothers were living down in a rather dark,
Shadowy valley.
And they had realized,
However it takes place,
And all of us have had realizations like this,
That whatever they were going to find down in that valley amongst the people who were desperate,
And because they were desperate,
They were filled with fear,
And because they were filled with fear,
Anger,
And pettiness thrived in that valley,
They didn't want to live there anymore.
And please keep in mind in these stories,
The places and the people,
The characters,
They're all aspects of ourselves.
My God,
How many times,
I even said this Saturday,
I even said this Wednesday night.
What happens when a person realizes,
I don't want to dream this anymore.
I don't want to be a part of the dream of this world.
Not because I'm judging the world,
But because I've seen the dream is empty.
The dream delivers me back into the hands of a dreamer,
And around and around I go.
And the two brothers,
They must have,
Maybe they heard that talk.
And they've left the valley.
They want to find something higher,
More permanent,
Truer,
Something that doesn't flip from love into hatred.
They want to know if there's another kind of life.
So they're climbing,
And they're climbing to escape to whatever extent they can understand it.
They're climbing to escape a world,
A valley that they were part and parcel in creating it.
So after the sixth day,
If you will,
Of climbing,
They get to a certain point where in order to cross what they are told and assume is this cloud shrouded mountain,
Long believed to be the difference between the valley they were in where there's darkness and dryness,
Where there was a lush valley of light and love,
If you will,
You get the metaphor,
That they have to go over this mountain.
Now one of the two brothers,
And I'll let you guess which one,
Brother resistance,
Is increasingly negative,
While the other,
Brother revelation,
Even though he's as worn and tired of that climb as his brother,
Cranky,
For the most part,
Brother revelation is still pretty vital,
Enthused,
And involved in their ongoing exploration of the world they're in.
And at some point,
To be clear in the story,
They come to a place where it's almost impossible for them to see beyond even the step that they would take because the clouds seem to have descended upon them.
But the truth is,
As in your journey,
The clouds don't descend.
You just rise into places where your former understanding cannot take you past that point.
This is a critical element in one's journey.
You're not journeying to validate your understanding.
You're journeying to understand how your old understanding has produced the old heartache,
The grief and the fear and the doubt,
Because that's what all of our pain or suffering is associated with,
Is an understanding that doesn't see,
It doesn't understand its place.
So they are,
And one of the brothers says to the other,
Geez,
I mean,
How much further is there still to go?
I mean,
Really,
When does this come to an end?
I just don't see any sense in going any further.
Now,
Let's bring us into this story.
In one way or another,
I know if you are an aspirant of any kind at all,
That you have reached moments and continue to run into moments where something says,
What in the name of God is the point of this?
That nature,
That brother resistance is incapable of recognizing moments before where you came to certain places and because of the love you have of exploration and discovery,
You were able,
Or more accurately,
You agreed to be taken through it.
That brother,
All he can see in that moment is what he starts complaining about.
I don't want to go any further.
This is too tough.
I'm not getting anywhere.
Why go further than we've gone if there's nothing there?
At which point,
Brother Revelation says to his brother,
What are you talking about?
Brother resistance says,
It's simple enough.
Why don't you see what I see?
What if we lose sight of the way back to the valley?
I mean,
Think about it,
Brother.
What if we're just lost up here indefinitely?
Brother Revelation says,
Brother,
I don't understand what,
What,
Why are you saying You mean,
He says to his brother resistance,
You mean we would lose our way back to the valley whose laws and the pettiness of the people who governed and who were governed by them that we decided we had to leave because there was no possibility of us finding what it is that our heart of hearts wanted there?
You're talking about that?
What if we can't find our way back to that?
How quickly we forget when this resistance,
When brother resistance steps up,
That the whole reason we have attempted in any shape or form to rise above that nature is because the emptiness,
The victimness of that nature became so clear it had to be left.
And then when it reasserts itself,
Which it has to do,
We forget all about the realizations that we were given.
This is a very important point to understand if you're going to be able to continue this journey.
So brother resistance says,
Yeah,
Okay,
All right.
But look,
He says,
Look what we've arrived for our troubles.
I mean,
We can't see one step ahead of us.
And I got to tell you,
Brother,
All I sense at this point is danger beyond this point.
I mean,
Why can't you see what I see?
Brother resistance says to brother revelation,
Brother revelation says,
Brother,
It's not like we haven't been in similar places before.
This is just a little bit different.
It's a little more dramatic.
I agree because we have less clarity about what's in front of us.
But every step along the way has made it clear that we were going in the right direction because we could see with greater clarity,
The valley below us,
Meaning we could see the character and the quality of our own nature that had been part of that world.
And now we recognize why we were so unhappy because that nature is always unhappy.
It's always conflicted.
It's never enough for that nature.
Brother resistance says,
I guess,
You know,
I suppose it's true.
This is not just true,
Brother resistance,
Brother revelation goes on.
Why can't you be content with all that we are being given to see right here and right now where we are?
And most importantly,
Brother,
That every time we take that step and we look around and down,
We know the place for the first time.
I don't know if I've told the story well enough.
As above,
So below,
If you've ever journeyed,
Taken a hike,
You turn the corner and there's that Glen or you see those wildflowers,
You,
You see that mountain that you couldn't see because it was obscured by a lower mountain.
Suddenly you see the sky opened like a dome.
I don't know how else to put this,
But in that moment,
All of the tribe,
All of the trouble,
All the pain of making it to that point,
Suddenly,
You know why you did it because you're there and you see for the first time.
And what is it that you see that moment for the first time,
You know yourself in a new way for the first time.
You know that what you see,
What is reflected in that moment is part of the observer,
That the observer and the observed have a singularity.
And in that moment,
I know what I never knew about myself before.
I know the height,
The depth,
The breadth,
The light,
The depth,
The dimension.
All of these things for a split second,
I know myself for the first time.
And that's why I did it.
I forgot.
In fact,
Part of my pain was having forgotten that the resistance I feel to taking the next step in spite of what seems to be happening to me is because it belongs to a nature that doesn't want to know anything new about itself.
It just says it does.
And then it swallows lock,
Stock and barrel its sensation of belief and its sensation and faith and all the rest of the icons that it sits and puts up on pillars,
Believing that is sensation of observing those things is the same as discovering itself.
And it's not to know myself for the first time,
Time and time again.
That's rebirth.
That is the passing of one order of consciousness as the old order of consciousness is illumined by what it takes to enter into a moment where all that is revealed to us is understood as a reflection of our nature.
And in the moment of the reflection of our nature,
When we recognize the outside and the inside above and below,
They're not separate,
They're complimentary and have always been that way.
In that moment,
All of the conflict,
The separation and the fear board of it,
All of it is dissipated.
And you stand there a new man,
A new woman,
Because within you has dawned a certain kind of light that reveals that it was never a mountain that I had to climb and me that was trying to climb it.
What I'm trying to do without knowing it is discover that the mountain I'm afraid of or that I think I can't summit is within myself,
Which means it's already been summited.
I just haven't gone through the revelation and realization of that yet.
Let me make a transition.
I'm going to run out of time.
I have another whole story to tell you.
Nice deep breath.
What am I alluding to?
We are made in the image of the divine.
There is not one scripture,
East and West,
Even though some don't talk directly about the divine,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah.
That does not allude to that fact that there is no such thing as above without below.
So that whatever is below is a reflection of above.
It's not talking about two separate places.
It's talking about a singularity,
A kingdom in which these consciousness are interlapped,
Overlapping,
Integrated already.
The higher touching the lower at a certain point,
All of that.
So we're not each just a reflection of the divine,
But everything that we see in the mirror of our consciousness is a part of that celestial being.
I'll give you a quick example.
Where's my clock?
I'm in Florida,
Came here on a little business,
A little family business.
And I haven't been to Florida in a long time.
I mustn't take too,
Anyway.
Whatever it is that creates these extraordinary cumulus nimbus clouds,
These massive clouds just fills the sky as far as the eye can see.
And they are,
When you see them,
If you're not complaining because it's too hot or you're afraid of some lightning or thunder,
You look at them and you've seen from the web telescope or the Hubble,
These clouds are the pillars of creation in this world.
Just like in the cosmos,
The eagle nebulae,
The pillars of the creation in that scale that produce sons.
It is exactly the same thing.
And you can feel when you see these clouds,
When you see this,
This massive greenery,
Whatever it is,
You are participating in a revelation of some content of yourself that is not relegated and left to just this world,
But you're introduced to the world from which that world came in the world from which that world came and you experienced it all at once.
So there's no you trying to figure out,
Be some spiritual,
Whatever it is.
You in that moment are the actual book of life,
The actual divine teaching because you yourself are the experience of that in that moment.
I got to go on.
Nice deep breath.
I'm trying to show you as above,
So below,
Not as separate places and even not separate times.
Even though they are divided that way in this mind,
A river isn't divided.
The vine and the branch aren't divided.
They are a singularity expressing as above,
So below,
Endlessly.
You and I are part of the vine and we are the branch.
So back to our first story,
What's beyond brother resistance.
God,
I hope that you have,
I actually hope you've had moments where you are so confused and so lost and you do not know why in the heck you started this journey.
You don't know where it's going.
What's behind that moment where everything rises up in us and it says,
I can't know anymore.
I can't see anymore.
It's been useless.
I was,
I was deceived.
What what's behind that?
You and I must not only understand that brother resistance is a necessity in this journey,
But what he represents for those of us who are willing to continue this exploration is that in spite of brother resistance that we meet at every painful or challenging,
Disconcerting point on the path,
That in spite of brother resistance,
Brother resistance represents that point beyond which what I am going to have to go beyond my brother.
And if my brother wants to stay there,
Meaning if that nature wants to remain there,
Good riddance and in one respect,
That's what happens.
I must lay down my life.
I must lay down my brother resistance.
But when we understand the broader story,
The unending,
And that's a fact entrance into these new and higher revelations into this journey that never stops is that in those moments we are brought into them through the realization of what that moment that we don't want is reflecting to us about ourselves in that moment.
So that instead of being brother resistance,
I'm brother revelation.
I'm not the darkness that denies the journey.
I'm the light that reveals this is just a part of the journey and I'm all of that.
And so are you.
And so is every human being,
Because we're made in the image of the divine.
And so if you ask why in quotes,
Why is that like that?
Because there's no end to what can be discovered.
What is any by grace epiphany?
Even an addict who suddenly realizes I'm killing myself.
Well certainly that's a terrible thing to realize.
There's a part of me brother resistance who's produced this terrible state where I've defeated myself and ruined all of my relationships.
That's the darkest revelation possible.
And yet right within that revelation is what the realization that that's not I and that I had been identified and captured by a certain level of consciousness.
I didn't know I was captured by.
So in the darkest moment is the light and in the light,
The revelation and in that revelation,
The realization that there is another kingdom and another order of exploration and another set of discoveries,
All of which are the discovery of myself,
Of my true nature.
It's not,
It's not,
How should I say,
Because I know this happens to so many students.
It's not that I am made more for these discoveries because that's why we go looking out things we want to go find it because we,
We add a cubit to ourselves.
No,
We're not made more for these discoveries.
But if they're true discoveries born of being willing to go past that point of resistance,
Which I'm going to go into depth tomorrow,
I start to realize the most valuable thing that must be understood personally.
I start to realize that what is being explored is myself and every nook and cranny,
Every corner of that unconscious nature must be remanded over to the light that reveals it.
So resistance must be handed over to revelation.
And the secret of life is that resistance and revelation are already brothers working hand in hand to bring about revelation and self-realization.
That's the amazing thing.
That's why one must never faint along the path,
Finish the race as St.
Paul would say,
Because if you don't go past the point where something saying,
What's the point,
Then the point of your life will be the bitterness and the poison of swallowing that idea that there was somehow God invited you to discover the truth of yourself and then decided to betray you.
How inane and insane is that idea?
And yet nothing is too low for this consciousness that does not want to be revealed to itself.
So I said that I was going to end this talk because I am now,
I'm going to,
We're going to open it up to a dialogue.
I said I wanted to read one more little piece from Blake,
Which kind of summarizes all of this that we just went through.
It's from a beautiful writing.
If you've never read it,
It's called the Auguries of Innocence,
Auguries of Innocence.
Now,
One reason maybe we've never read Auguries of Innocence is because we don't know what the word augury means.
We have so fallen.
Augury basically is a word that means prophecy.
So what Blake was describing here in this massive poem,
I'm just going to read one stanza.
It was the prophecy of innocence.
It was a prophecy for those who could see what he was writing about,
Who could go beyond the limitation of the resistance to the contemplation of it.
He was describing the beginning of innocence.
Where's the beginning of innocence?
We just talked about the whole thing,
But now I'll just read this one little part.
To see a world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wildflower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour.
To see a world in the grain of sand,
Isn't the massive clouds the pillars of creation?
How many times do we look out and fail to see that everything that is reflected in our consciousness is just a representation of a principle,
Of a power in the world above us?
And if we'll give ourselves our attention fully to these moments,
We'll be connected to the world above us.
And in that,
Realize that what we're discovering and the whole process of this exploration is to know ourselves for the first time over and over and over again.
Okay.
I'm opening it up to you now.
Anything you want to talk about?
Any comments?
I'm happy to sit here.
Tracy asked,
Guy,
Is it necessary to discover false beliefs to be able to release them?
Absolutely.
We don't know that we have false beliefs.
We believe that we're nothing unless people agree that's so.
So we spend our lives trying to get people to approve of us.
I'm never going to stop trying to get people to like me until I see that first of all,
They don't even like themselves.
And what a fool I've been for trying to win the approval of people who hate themselves or who rely on codependent relationships in order to keep their image in place.
Yes,
We must see through these false beliefs.
That's what all of these talks are about.
I come with a sword,
Said Christ,
To separate a man from his mother,
To separate these levels of consciousness.
The book,
Name and author again once,
Please.
If you're asking me,
That's a special writing called The Auguries of Innocence by William Blake.
Certainly worthwhile reading.
Rebecca,
The consciousness gets so tired with this practical and spiritual journey.
I guess this is just one of the lower consciousness trick.
Yes.
You can't get tired of a journey unless you're reliving it.
And your true nature doesn't relive anything any more than a mirror reflects what passes in front of it.
It's a trick.
That's what all true teachings have been about through time.
Can we start to wake up and realize where it is that this nature,
And again,
Rebecca,
Be sure to join tomorrow.
I'm going to talk about one of the great elements of this trickery,
Which is the time nature.
Let me go on.
Claudia,
Lower consciousness gets tired.
Joan,
The cloud here in Buffalo are big and beautiful too.
They give you the experience of being truly alive.
They don't give you the experience of being truly alive,
Joan.
Seeing them and experiencing them as inseparable from the consciousness in which they are reflected is life itself.
There's no you being given life.
There's life discovering itself through this relationship between above and below that you and I are the unique instruments,
As far as I know,
That are capable of that realization.
Can you apply this to when one gets triggered by past trauma?
Absolutely,
Anne.
In fact,
Never more is it more vital.
I haven't time to go into the stories that all come up when I'm thinking about this,
But when I get triggered by the past,
What does that mean?
My mind brings up everything necessary to validate why that person is wrong for doing what they've done.
My mind actually finds reasons to be angry.
Why in the name of God would I want to identify with a mind that wants to find reasons to feel angry and betrayed or hurt or regret?
It's such a trick.
The mind brings up,
From its past associations,
The minute someone or something triggers it,
Brings up all the content of this old consciousness,
These triggers that are nothing but time traps.
And the minute that time trap springs,
We are caught.
The fox blames the trap.
Blake,
Again,
By the way,
We're captured by our own reaction and then blame the condition for our identification with the reaction.
We can use all of this,
Anne.
Kenneth,
Thank you.
I'm glad,
Angela.
Gino,
Yesterday I was clever,
So I wanted to change the world.
Today I'm wise,
So I'm changing myself.
Yeah,
Rumi,
You won't.
Every man or woman who has ever awakened is saying the exact same thing,
Only using different words relative to their time.
The most objective and truest of these masters,
Their words transcend time because they go directly to the reflection in that consciousness to release it so it can be revealed in that consciousness.
Kelly,
You can't get tired of a journey unless you're reliving it.
Yes,
Exactly.
You know,
People all the time,
I'm bored,
You're saying the same thing again.
In my whole life,
And if I catch myself even finding a sentiment similar to something that has passed through me before,
I reject it.
You and I must learn what it means to be present enough to recognize where the past is trying to pass itself off as our person.
It is not.
And the only way we can do that is to see it reflected in this consciousness,
Catch the devil behind the twelfth tree with its temptation,
And summarily deny it.
So there we are where the two brothers are,
Resistance going,
Oh no,
Revelation saying,
Yes,
This is a life of exploration.
Maji,
So when triggered,
Just observe the trick.
Don't think to yourself,
I'm going to observe the trick.
When I'm triggered,
Just let me realize that any movement of the mind to try to comprehend what's happened can only comprehend what's happened from the content of the past.
And the past can't understand the present moment.
The pain of the present moment is because the past is interfering.
So let us recognize that and be as still as we can,
As silent as we can,
And bear that moment where brother resistance goes,
What's that?
What's going to happen?
I sense danger ahead.
Oh,
This is terrible.
Let brother resistance go,
Yada,
Yada,
Yada,
Yada.
And we stand and we know what we must do.
And what we must do is recognize this place where we're in is essential to our journey.
And the essentialness of that part of the journey is that we see now we cannot stay there.
We must take the next step.
We must find out what is beyond resistance,
What is beyond time.
That's our topic for tomorrow,
By the way,
Dualism,
Better spelling.
Yes,
Catherine,
We're talking about a consciousness,
A dualistic consciousness,
A divided mind that does not know it's divided because every time it has resistance to something in life,
It feels like what it is resisting is inseparable from itself.
And that seemingly inseparable relationship must be severed.
The wheat must be severed from the chaff in order that we might begin to have an authentic revelation and realization of the teaching of that moment.
John,
It cannot stand this because it cannot imagine it.
That's a good comment.
This mind cannot stand anything that it can't imagine.
And so because it reaches those points where it runs into what is unimaginable to itself,
It simply goes back into the dream.
That's what I talked about on Wednesday night.
Good comment,
Shoshana happened this morning,
Like a rock thrown in my lake.
My image of myself was distorted.
Thanks to you,
I waited until the waters cleared and saw a new version of the moment.
Yeah.
And it really isn't really that you see a new version of the moment.
You see past the ripples.
You see past the distortion of a consciousness that is only content when it is not just disturbing the waters through its resistance to revelation,
But then naming what that disturbance is and trying to settle the waters by throwing more stones in them.
One day you'll see all of this.
It'll be a relief to you in one respect.
But just so to be clear,
I have to bring the talk to a close now.
Please God,
Understand,
And you must ask God in your own way,
Whatever God is represents to you,
Whatever this intelligence is,
Please let me continue with this process of exploration.
Don't let me get stopped just because I'm in pain,
Just because I'm frightened,
Just because I think people hate me because nobody understands.
Please let me never stop any place where my identity is a derivative of some thought,
Let alone a negative reaction.
Let me walk past it so I can see back and understand it.
You do that and God will never,
Ever leave you alone.
The divine will see to every step because the divine brought you to that step.
When you see that,
You will no longer be worried about these states.
You'll understand that within you is the solution to all of these unconscious sufferings.
That's it.
Hope I see you tomorrow.
If not,
I'll see you on next Saturday or Wednesday night,
Whatever the case may be.
Remember your work.
Remember your work.
Treasure seeing,
Not owning.
See through fearing by recognizing that anything in you that fears the moment has actually created the moment that you fear.
The more you understand that,
The more you'll be willing to let all that pass through you,
Meaning you'll take the next step into what seems the unknown and you will find yourself right there waiting for you.
