Why? Because to be inwardly still is the same as being aware of the difference between the darkness moving through you, and the Light of your True Self that cannot be deceived, let alone moved by any shadow.

With being still.

Why? Because to be inwardly still is not just how we honor the intended impression of these moments, but (it) helps to ground us in the Garden of Revelation, where we are shown all that we need to transcend what we have yet to see is true about ourselves.

#3: The work to be kind with those who trouble you... starts where?

With being still.

Why? Because being still aligns you with the Divine source of stillness itself: a living light that reveals, without taking thought, the wisdom of agreeing to suffer yourself before judging, and then blaming anyone else for failing to live up to your demands.
