In this relaxing meditation, we will focus on letting our consciousness hold your experience. Building a space between our awareness and our mind. When we achieve this we will see our experience without any involvement but still be present and supportive to ourselves, which allows a deeper level of peaceful relaxation and after many times of practice also a greater autonomy and freedom. Use any position you want, feel free to lay down if it is comfortable for you.

Welcome to meditation session 36.

Before we start,

Let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.

Allowing yourself to go a little bit deeper this time.

Just as relaxed as you want to be.

Finding a good level of enjoyment and relaxment.

Taking a step back and observing your experience.

Taking a step back and observing what sensations is reaching your consciousness in this moment.

What sensations is in your body?

What thoughts is in your mind?

What emotions and feelings can you sense?

Taking a step back and watching it all from a little bit of a distance.

There's no need to change.

Just allowing it to be.

We are not changing anything with the experience.

We are just awakening the observer.

You being here and observing,

Watching your experience.

Allow your observer to see the full experience.

Let the consciousness surround the whole experience.

Allowing it to wrap around the experience like a warm blanket.

Allowing your body to be held by your consciousness and your loving awareness.

Allowing your body to rest surrounded by the observer.

Allowing the body and the feelings and the thoughts to rest,

Being held by the consciousness.

Being held by you.

Letting out,

Becoming the awareness and holding your whole experience.

Allowing your body,

Your feelings and your thoughts find their way back to stillness,

Back to peace,

As you hold it with your awareness.

Gently,

Gently begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

Now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.

And get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
