Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into nice and relaxed.
Nothing more you need to do in this moment.
Just gently,
Gently allowing your presence to land here.
There might be thoughts about the past or thoughts about the future.
But the future itself is not here and the past is not here.
We observe what is here in this moment.
Maybe thoughts,
Maybe sensations in the body,
Maybe some emotion.
Then we put no judgment on this.
We just allow it to be.
Just as it is in this moment.
We are seeing it,
Observing it.
And the quality of this observing is just gentle,
Calm,
Love.
Seeing whatever is here.
Staying in this state of deep observation.
And at the same time a deep rest.
An observation that doesn't need no energy to be performed.
It is just there.
Giving space,
Calmness,
Healing,
Relaxation.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
And before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths.
And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
