Welcome to meditation session 56.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Giving some space and time for your consciousness to land again into this moment.
Maybe landing into your body,
Feeling your breath,
The air,
Filling up your lungs and breathing out from your lungs.
Allowing the body to relax.
Getting aware of all the sensations in the body.
Checking in with the different body parts.
What sensations is here in your body at the moment?
What temperature is the different places in your body?
Does you allow your body to slow down?
You can observe.
Maybe there is still some thoughts or maybe they have already begin to slow down.
Just as your body is relaxing you can allow your mind to relax.
Watching any wave of sensation.
Observing how sensations and emotion rises and falls.
Watching how any thoughts come and how the thoughts go.
The only thing that is here still is the observing from you.
No need to change anything.
Just over and over reminding yourself that you are here.
Trusting that your mind knows the way to come to peace,
To come to balance and satisfy all psychological needs.
Giving yourself this precious time of just being in the moment.
Reconnecting to yourself,
To your witness.
Allowing yourself to land and to heal.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
Now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
