Welcome to meditation practice.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in,
Let go of everything else,
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Giving yourself some time to enter the state of mindful meditation,
Gently directing your focus to this moment,
Observing what is here now,
Sensations in your body,
Emotions or feelings and maybe some cognitive processing,
Some thoughts passing through your mind,
Allowing yourself to become the observer of your state in this moment.
Now you are here doing meditation,
Sitting or laying,
Just being,
Letting go of control of everything else for this moment.
The only thing you can control right now is your focus.
Maybe letting go of all control of the outer world,
Allowing it to proceed as it is doing.
And as you release control,
Observe if there is any emotions arising inside you.
Is there any emotions connected to this control?
Any fear?
And then just allow this emotion to be there.
Staying with yourself as your body is releasing this emotion,
Without no hurry we are aiming to take back the control of our reaction to the world and allowing us to react to our own reactions with mindfulness,
Allowing us to react from loving awareness.
Just as the weather we cannot change,
The rain,
The sun,
The wind,
The only thing we can change is our reaction,
Our thoughts about the rain.
When we can learn to surrender to life and let go of the things that we cannot change,
We free up energy inside ourselves to be resourceful when you really need your energy to make a change.
The more you just surrender into this meditation,
The more you can relax of just being here and now,
Relaxing,
Recharging,
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again,
And get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
