Welcome to this meditation process.
During this meditation we will go in and explore one emotion.
We will allow you to receive the learnings from this emotion.
And then set the emotion free from your body.
When you are doing this practice make sure that you are in a place where you can be undisturbed and where you also feel comfortable to express any emotion that is in your body.
Feel free to sit or lay down during this meditation and make sure that your body is comfortable.
Before we start take a check with your body.
Is there anything more you need to correct?
And when you are comfortable allow your body to come to a rest.
And if you haven't already closed your eyes you can close them,
Going into yourself,
Putting your focus on your internal world.
And you can take one breath in and as you breathe out you go into the meditative state.
Just stay a little bit with your body in this moment.
Observe if there is any thoughts passing through your mind.
And then relax.
And then observe any emotion that is inside you.
And just stay here for a moment.
And be with this emotion.
And allow the emotion to be just as it is.
Just as it is in this moment.
And now you are in this safe space.
So you can allow yourself to fully feel this emotion.
To fully experience it.
Allow this emotion to be in your experience in this moment.
Just observe any reaction in your body with a non-judgment.
And just allow the body to react.
And express the emotion if it wants to.
And just be with this emotion.
Any reaction is fine.
We are just holding our body and our experience with our consciousness.
Allowing our body space to process.
Allowing yourself to feel.
To feel this emotion.
To experience it.
And at the moment without no judgment,
Just being.
And you can observe if there is also thoughts,
Memories or pictures connected to this emotion.
No need to go too deep into these thoughts.
Just observe what is there.
And see if there is anything there.
Feeling this emotion at the same time as you are breathing.
Now we are gonna listen to the emotion.
And see if it has a teaching or a learning for us.
And the teaching and the learning is not the mind shatter.
It might come up directly if there is thoughts connected.
The teaching or the learning is a little bit slower.
It lies there in the background.
So now take a deep breath in.
Breath out.
And now open up to hear a teaching or the learning from this emotion.
And now open up to hear a teaching or the learning from this emotion.
And now open up to hear a teaching or the learning from this emotion.
And now open up to hear a teaching or the learning from this emotion.
Allowing this teaching and learning to speak to you.
And now open up to hear a teaching or the learning from this emotion.
And now open up to hear a teaching or the learning from this emotion.
And now open up to hear a teaching or the learning from this emotion.
As we start to receive the teaching that this emotion has for us,
We can begin to go into the next step which is releasing the emotion.
The emotion can be released just as much as it is good at this point.
So get ready to release the emotion.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out release this emotion from your body.
Continue taking deep breaths.
And releasing just as much of this emotion that is necessary now.
And continue breathing deep breaths.
At the same time you are releasing this emotion.
And as you breathe out release this emotion from your body.
Taking one more breath in.
Breathing out.
And come back to breathing normally.
And now we will go into gratefulness and thankfulness.
For that the emotion was here.
And the steps we have taken on the path of healing of ourselves.
So be ready to get to your heart.
Taking one deep breath in.
Thank you emotion for showing yourself.
For allowing us to process,
Receive any teachings or learnings if there is.
And release this emotion.
Getting ready to come back to your day again.
You can maybe rock your body a little bit.
Being aware of your surroundings.
And become fully awake.
Ready to rejoin your day.
