This meditation invites you to release all resistance and step out of the inner struggle, if only for a moment. In this session, you are guided to soften your grip on how things should be and gently merge with the observation of what is. As effort and control dissolve, a natural stillness emerges — not passive, but alive and powerful. Within this quiet observation, you rediscover both peace and an inner strength that comes from allowing life to move through you.

Welcome to meditation practice.

Before we start,

Let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax into nice and relaxed.

And allowing yourself to be just as relaxed as you want to be.

Allowing yourself to come to this place.

Allowing yourself to let go of everything else and just stay in this moment.

Just landing into your body,

Observing any sensations that is here in this moment.

Maybe feeling your breath.

Maybe even your heartbeat and allowing yourself to rest.

Rest here in this moment.

Letting go of the future and letting go of the past.

Now we are doing meditation.

So there is nothing you need to remember.

Nothing you need to plan.

Nothing you need to figure out.

We are just staying with ourselves in this moment.

Allowing everything to be in this moment.

We can just be still.

Riding on the flow of life.

Instead of pushing and pushing.

Struggling to make life happen.

Relaxing into allowing life to happen.

Enjoying the ride.

Or enjoying relaxing our brain.

Relaxing our mind.

And relaxing our body.

Enjoying being.

And it is good for you to now and then just take a break and really just relax.

And come to this place inside yourself where you just observe.

Just become one with the flow of life.

Relaxing with your body,

With your mind.

Gently,

Gently begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

And before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths.

And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.

And get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.

Loved it. Really very relaxing. The music was excellent, as well. Note: there’s a strange shift in the vocal track to primarily the right channel, that starts at about 2 minutes 10 seconds in. The final couple of minutes seem back to normal — that is, evenly centered between left and right channels.
