This week we will do a bit more challenging mindfulness technique. We will focus on observing first the silence between the thoughts and then move over to observing the awareness itself. Meditating on the question of "Who is observing?". There is no answer in the meditation, just feeling the mystery of us being conscious and alive. If this is the first time you are doing a meditation on this channel, I recommend you start with another one first.

Welcome to meditation session 28.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

You can say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax.

Get into a nice and relaxed state.

Finding yourself in this moment and allowing your awareness and presence to come here.

Being here,

Seeing this moment.

What is here now?

And you can put your focus on the silence between your thoughts.

No need to pay attention to the thoughts.

Just pay attention to the silence in between them.

What can you observe in the silence?

Sensory input from the body.

Emotions,

Feelings.

Focusing on the silence between the thoughts.

And now set your focus on the observer itself.

Observe the observer.

Who is observing this moment?

Who is looking at this experience?

Who is experiencing thoughts,

Sensory input,

Feelings and emotions?

Who is experiencing the awareness itself?

Observing the observer.

Seeing the awareness.

Your focus point is the focus itself.

What is here now?

What is here now?

This being with the being.

Seeing the consciousness,

The mystery.

The easiness and loving of just being awareness.

What is here now?

Gently and gently begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

Now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.

Thank you!! 🙏 your guidance is very clear and confident. Would it maybe be possible to put all your meditation series in one track so that one could listen in sequence?
