Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed.
Dropping into this moment.
Checking in with your body,
With your mind,
With your emotional body.
Just checking in with yourself.
What is here today?
Do your body have any message to you today?
Is there anything that needs the nurturing of your awareness?
We welcome anything to be.
Observing our state.
Allowing our awareness to hold any experience of being.
Letting everything come to a balance through our observation.
As we are just relaxing.
Just observing and relaxing.
Just observing and relaxing.
Your state in this moment.
Allowing any reaction from your mind to play up and play out.
Until you naturally come to relaxment,
Balance and just enjoy this moment.
This moment of stillness.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
And before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
