Welcome to meditation session number 12.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words so follow along these.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
Relax into the position you have chosen and observe your body as it sinks into a calm and rested state.
As you let go of the events of the day so far you can just let yourself relax and drift.
Become totally comfortable with just being here.
Stepping into the state of just observing the moment.
Letting the thoughts drift by without no resistance and without no grasping.
No holding on to any thought.
Not giving it any energy.
Not continuing any thoughts.
But also not resisting any thoughts or any emotion.
Just being here allowing.
Let them pass through you.
Let them rise and let them fall and disappear.
Just as if you drop a stone into a clear water there will be rings on the surface.
But after a while the water will be still again.
And as with your mind,
With your comforts,
Just let them fade out by themselves.
As you focus on the silence and between your thoughts.
As you gently direct yourself to the silence between the thoughts.
Without no resistance,
Just gently point the direction towards the silence.
As if you are the direction.
Just pointing that I am travelling towards silence now.
It doesn't matter if I am in silence now or if there is a little bit of thought or a lot of thoughts.
If it will take a long time before I come into the silence or if it will be fast.
It doesn't matter.
I am just the direction right now.
Towards the peace of the mind.
And also totally accepting and loving towards where I am right now.
In this direction that you are in this moment is not a direction of force.
You are not forcing yourself to become silent.
You are just directing yourself in this direction.
As if it was a magnet.
Naturally.
And gently sliding towards this direction.
Direction of just being silent,
Non-judging,
Loving and open.
Silent,
Peaceful mind of just being fully here,
Fully observing,
Fully accepting.
And this direction towards silence is not adding anything.
It is just doing less and less.
And sinking into this state.
As if it was the most natural thing you have ever done.
As if it was the most natural thing you have ever done.
As if it was the most natural thing you have ever done.
Being the direction towards peace of mind.
And the joy here and now.

Begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And for every time you do these meditations,
The effect will be greater.
And it will be easier and easier for you to relax into a mindful state.
Both inside the meditation and also in your daily life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
