Welcome to meditation session number 15.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words so follow along these.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
Slowly and gently going down into this nice and relaxed state of just relaxing.
Calming down,
Decompress and allowing yourself to just be here and now for this meditation.
Nothing you need to do more than just observing this moment.
Just being here by and observing.
As you again enter this peaceful state of just being here and now.
Observing your thoughts as they float by.
No need to resist and no need to hold on to.
Just let the thoughts pass like clouds in the sky.
Letting the emotions be there as the weather.
No need to change it.
No need to judge it.
And for now just accept it just as it is.
Allowing yourself to be just as you are right now.

In this moment there is nothing else you need than just your breath.
To relax into a pleasant and nice state.
