A great anchor to the present moment is our experience of sensation in our body. When we feel our body we come back to this present moment. When we learn to enjoy pleasure in relaxing we will easier step into presence, today we will train this. Feel free to lay down during the meditation. If it is comfortable for you try to lay with a straight back. Make sure you can be undisturbed for the time of the meditation. Then start and just relax and enjoy!

Welcome to meditation session number 14.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

You can use your own words so follow along this.

Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,

Clarity and recharging.

Now I am doing meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax.

Into a nice and relaxed state.

You can just be aware of what is here at the moment.

What sensations do you have?

How does your different body parts feel?

And also are there any thoughts or emotions?

Just observe what is there.

What is there?

What will I find this time?

And as you start to pay attention to what thoughts is passing your mind,

There might become some more spaces between the thoughts.

And you start paying attention to these spaces and letting the spaces become bigger and bigger.

Allowing the thoughts to sink down.

And you are relaxing into a nice and relaxed state of just being here and now.

Hearing my voice and sounds of the waves and this meditation.

Feeling your body relaxing,

Feeling your breath slowing down and allowing yourself to enjoy as being here.

Allowing yourself to enjoy the spaces of silence.

Allowing yourself to sink deeper into this moment.

Sliding and drifting just on the edge of the moment onto the future.

Allowing yourself to let go of everything in the past.

Allowing yourself to let go of everything in the future.

Just center down here being just relaxed now.

Just like calm waves massaging your mind and your body.

Allowing your body to recharge,

Refill with energy.

And if you want to you can find a place in your body that feels really good.

Where on your body are you most comfortable?

Where on your body do you feel the most pleasure right now?

Just feel this place and breathe into this place and see if you can enjoy this place even more.

You can intensify the pleasure with every breath.

And as you let this pleasure become more and more intensified.

You can also let it spread in your body.

Letting it grow let your body enjoy.

You can let this pleasure spread up and down,

Around and let it reach all your body.

And let yourself just enjoy this pleasure of relaxment and enjoyment.

Just being here enjoying.

And if this pleasure is good for you,

You can just let it double and breathe in and enjoy.

And allow yourself to enjoy.

See your body,

Feel your body.

It's good for you.

Be in contact with your body and allowing your heart to open.

Spread more joy into your whole being.

Just now you can smile and enjoy just as much as you want to.

And just if you want to you can allow yourself to feel more joy and pleasure and happiness,

Faithfulness,

Thankfulness in your everyday life.

And allowing yourself to feel more of this good emotions that fills you up and gives you energy.

And allow yourself to spread positive vibrations to the people around you and to the world.

Say.

You are good just as you are.

No need to change.

No need to change.

You can also just be.

Just be with yourself and your body.

Feeling yourself,

Feeling your breath.

Just relax and be with yourself.

You can also just be with yourself.

Just relax and be with yourself.

Gently,

Begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And for every time you do these meditations,

The effect will be greater.

And it will be easier and easier for you to relax into a mindful state.

Both inside the meditation and also in your daily life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.

And get ready to continue the refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
